I just, I can't say enough good about it. It was quite an experience.

Our Process: A Faster, Easier Way to Build

We use modular construction so you can enjoy your Sweaty Yeti faster, with less hassle. Here’s what to expect:

1. Choose & Checkout

Pick your base Sweaty Yeti model and select the options and any upgrades you would like.

Pay Your Deposit – Secure your order instantly by paying a 10% deposit at checkout. You can use a credit card or pay directly from your bank account.
Financing Option – If you apply for financing, your order will move forward once approval is complete and funds are received.

Either way, you’ll immediately be connected with your assigned sales manager, who will guide you through the next steps.

2. Site & Delivery Review

Once your order is in, we’ll make sure your site and paperwork are ready before we build.

Site Evaluation – We’ll virtually review your property and provide recommendations for site prep. Need help? We can connect you with trusted local contractors.
Permitting – While Sweaty Yeti itself usually doesn’t require a building permit, your local area may require permits for plumbing or electrical work.
Engineering (if required) – For certain regions (like high snow load areas), we’ll coordinate any engineering needs and communicate any additional costs that may be required.

3. Final Payment

After your site and delivery review is complete, you’ll receive a payment request through Buildertrend.

Timing – Final payment is due within 10 business days of your deposit.
Financing – If you choose financing, construction will begin once your approval is finalized and funds are received.

4. Factory Construction

Once your payment is complete (or financing is secured), your Sweaty Yeti is built in our factory. Every unit goes through 551 quality check points to ensure it’s ready for delivery.

5. Site & Utilities (Concurrent)

While your Sweaty Yeti is being built, your local contractor prepares your property:

Foundation – A level ground, gravel, or concrete pad. We also recommend planning for including drainage if you include a shower upgrade.
Water – A standard garden hose works for showers or plunges, or you can have a plumber install permanent water lines.
Electrical – Depending on your model, your unit may require a 20-amp 120V or up to 80-amp 240V connection.

6. Delivery & Installation

When your Sweaty Yeti is complete, our team coordinates delivery and placement.

Site Access – Our standard delivery method is by truck and trailer. However, depending on your property, delivery may require a crane or other special equipment that may require an additional delivery cost.
Placement – Your unit is set on your prepared foundation.
Utility Hookups – Local contractors connect water and power.
