What is a full spectrum infrared sauna?

Pick a room that fits
The one person room takes about 37 by 38 inches of floor. The two person room takes about 48 by 44 inches, seating you side by side, with other rooms for two to compare. The wide bench room takes about 71 by 45 inches, among our four person choices. The smaller full spectrum rooms plug into a standard household outlet, while the larger room needs its own circuit, wired by a licensed electrician. These Finnmark rooms have thermo-aspen outside, Western Canadian cedar inside and a touchscreen with Bluetooth and speakers, with more indoor choices here.
When a hybrid or traditional room suits better
Choose a traditional room for stove heat and steam. Finnmark's two and four person hybrid rooms add a Harvia stove and let you run both heat sources together. What is an infrared sauna?

What is the downside to an infrared sauna?
You get no steam or water on stones, and a lower top temperature than a stove room. Allow about an hour for warmup. Smaller rooms plug in, but the four person room needs an electrician, while hybrids offer both kinds of heat.
Do infrared saunas require special wiring?
The one and two person full spectrum rooms plug into standard household outlets. The two person hybrid's infrared side also plugs in. A licensed electrician must wire the four person full spectrum room and every stove on their own circuits, with two for the four person hybrid.
Does an infrared sauna feel like a traditional sauna?
No, expect a different experience. Owners report that more panels, nearby heaters in smaller rooms and a good warmup help. Finnmark mixes carbon panels with stronger direct heaters, reaching 170 degrees in about an hour (check the manual for your model). Hybrids offer hot air and steam.
Can you put an infrared sauna outside?
