Sweaty Yeti builds each finished building to order by modular construction in its factory, with walls, floor and ceiling insulated like a house for year-round use. The crew brings it by truck and trailer and sets it on your level gravel pad or concrete pad. Your electrician connects the power. Choose your Sweaty Yeti sauna room
The Sauna is the four to six person outdoor sauna at 8 by 9 feet, while the Sauna Plus seats six to eight and adds a changing room cabin under the same roof. The Sauna Max seats eight to twelve, using its whole 8 by 17 foot building as the hot room. Inside, every sauna is a cedar sauna with cedar walls and ceiling, a sealed wood floor and a HUUM electric heater with stones. Pair heat with a plunge or choose a plunge room
For an outdoor sauna and cold plunge together, the Sauna Plunge seats four to six beside an enclosed plunge room, while the Sauna Barrel Plunge Combo seats six to eight with a barrel cold plunge on the deck. In the Sauna Plunge you go from the heat to the cold and back without stepping outside. The Plunge Max has no sauna and holds up to two tubs, with one included and a second an option on the page. Make room for your workouts
The Fit Studio is a home gym shed with room for a treadmill, bike, rower and weights. The Sauna Fit pairs a workout room with a four to six person sauna under one roof. Both measure 8 by 17 feet (136 sq ft) and have tough gray workout flooring that stands up to weights and sweat. See the two workout rooms to choose your layout.
Choose the look and the options
Black or white board and batten siding, black shingles, a sliding glass door and a cedar deck come standard. A metal roof, metal or cedar siding, and a hinged door with or without a keypad are options on the page. You can also choose a shower, Bluetooth speakers, colored lights in the sauna or a window package. A mini split is an option for the plunge, changing and workout rooms. Each one becomes your own wellness space in the backyard, and every room is spacious for its size.

Can I use it all year?
Yes, the walls, floor and ceiling are insulated like a house. The maker says the buildings withstand snow load and extreme weather. A small heater or mini split for heat and air is an option on the page for plunge rooms and workout rooms.
How many people fit in each sauna?
The Sauna, the Sauna Plunge and the Sauna Fit seat four to six in their saunas. The Sauna measures 8 by 9 feet. Is a Sweaty Yeti a traditional sauna or an infrared sauna?
It is a traditional sauna with cedar walls and ceiling and a sealed wood floor. A HUUM electric heater warms stones, and water on those stones creates steam. There are no infrared panels. The eight to twelve person room has a larger HUUM heater.
Can I add a shower between the sauna and the plunge?
Yes, a hot or cold outdoor shower for rinsing between rounds is an option on every building's page. Bluetooth speakers and a window package are options too. You can also choose colored lights for the hot room in your Sweaty Yeti sauna.
