Who makes Fire Magic grills?

RH Peterson Co. makes these grills in City of Industry, Southern California. The company dates to the 1930s and builds them in the USA from heavy stainless steel. The maker's published warranty covers the cast stainless steel burners, the stainless steel cooking grids and the stainless steel housing for life. One maker can furnish the whole outdoor kitchen, from the grill to the doors, drawers and refrigerator. That heavy stainless steel is what gives the grills their durability through years of outdoor cooking.

Three gas lines, from simplest to fullest

Choice is the simplest gas line, with 24, 30 and 36 inch built-ins and 24 inch post grills. Its stainless steel tube burners light by turning the knob, without electricity or batteries. Compare it with our wider gas grill range or the other built-in grills we carry.

Fire Magic Aurora has 30 and 36 inch built-ins with cast stainless steel burners, a brushed steel face and a dial thermometer. The dial in the hood is an analog thermometer. Halogen lights and glow plug ignition need an outlet. The rotisserie kit is optional, and the line includes a gas and charcoal combo.

Fire Magic Echelon Diamond is the top line, with 30, 36 and 48 inch built-ins, black glass panels and an included rotisserie and infrared back burner. Choose a dial or a touch screen with meat probe readings on your phone. The touch screen is the digital thermometer option. There are also low drop-ins and a 48 inch rolling cart grill.

Charcoal and electric cooking

The charcoal collection includes smoker-hood grills, open Lift-A-Fire fireboxes, Firemaster drop-ins and a patio post grill. Each has a crank to raise or lower the coals for searing or slower cooking. Compare formats across our charcoal grills.

The electric collection includes small E251 grills that use a regular outdoor outlet. The 30 inch EL500 grills need a dedicated 240 volt circuit run by an electrician. Our outdoor electric grills page lets you compare other choices without a gas line.

The rest of the outdoor kitchen

You can browse built-in accessories for sinks, a cutting board, a trash container, bar pieces, a drop-in side burner, an induction cooker and a warming insert. You’ll find the griddles, pizza ovens and power burners on the Aurora and Echelon pages. A Fire Magic pizza oven has an 18 by 18 inch stone, a window and a light. Compare our outdoor griddles and pizza ovens for other cooking surfaces.

The doors and drawers collection includes access doors, trash cabinets, tank drawers and warming drawers. Find a Fire Magic refrigerator alongside kegerators, ice makers and refreshment centers in the refrigeration collection. Our outdoor refrigerators page offers a wider comparison.

The brand’s ready-made islands and bundles come in reclaimed wood and contemporary finishes, with some cooking appliances already chosen. Browse our BBQ islands for other ready-made layouts. You’ll find griddle plates, a vent hood, ice bins, an induction cooker and a drop-in side burner among our additional grill accessories.
