The Bispo comes in four sizes, ranging from 48 inches to 84 inches in length, all with a depth of 15 inches. It supports both Liquid Propane and Natural Gas fuel sources.

A variety of ignition systems are offered, including Match Lit and CSA-Certified Electronic Ignitions. Its design is praised for being modern, sleek, and for providing great heat.
