This type of heating doesn’t rely on heating the surrounding air but instead warms objects and occupants directly, similar to the sun.
Can the Platinum Electric Heater get wet?
Although our Platinum Electric outdoor heaters are made from premium 304 stainless steel and engineered for longevity, Bromic recommends that they are best built-in under cover and not directly exposed to rain, snow, and salt mist to ensure they maintain their aesthetic appeal.
What built-in mounting options are available?
This slim electric outdoor heating appliance can be either built-in the wall mounted, pole mounted or recessed into the ceiling. Each heating appliance is supplied with an 8″ stainless steel pole. Recessing kits and longer poles for high ceilings can be ordered separately. Please refer to our instruction manual or contact our friendly design team to find out which installation and height is right for you.
Are Platinum Electric heating appliances suitable for boats & yachts?
Standard Platinum Electric heating appliances are not suitable for coastal and marine environments, including on boats and yachts as 304 grade stainless-steel is susceptible to corrosion within these environments. Bromic does offer a marine-grade Platinum Electric Marine heating appliance that is constructed of 316 marine grade stainless-steel that is suitable for outdoor coastal and marine environments, including installation aboard vessels. How many Platinum Electric outdoor heaters do I need?

- By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage or missing items, you confirm that your order arrived complete and in excellent condition.
- Record any damage or missing pieces directly on the delivery receipt.
- Do not discard damaged item(s) or any original packaging. For severe damage, write “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Report any damage within two business days, including delivery details and photos showing the issue
- Damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return them will result in a charge to the original payment method.
