How an American Made Grills hybrid burns gas, charcoal or wood
Stainless steel trays beneath the grates in the maker's hybrid series hold lump charcoal or hardwood chunks, which the gas burners underneath light. Leave the trays empty when you want to use it as a gas grill. Gas and live fire can cook side by side, while hood vents control airflow to the fire. What comes with every hybrid
The 36 inch has five stainless steel burners and about eleven hundred square inches of cooking space, while the 54 inch has eight and about seventeen hundred. Reversible V-shaped grates come with lifting tools. The infrared rotisserie back burner runs the rotisserie kit that comes in the box.
The box also holds a drop-in infrared sear burner, a griddle plate, a care kit and a vinyl cover for the grill head. Choose a built-in grill for an island cutout or a freestanding grill with an assembled cart on locking wheels, a charcoal drawer and a cart cover. The double walled hood has interior and knob lights, so plan for an outlet.
The Muscle and the Encore
The Muscle hybrid grill has a Mustang-styled hood. The Encore hybrid grill has a traditional shape, with the same internals and box contents. Both lines come in 36 and 54 inches, including the Muscle 36 and Muscle 54. The Muscle is the grill many people know as the American Muscle Grill. Hybrids beside the gas lines
