What makes Saunum different?
Saunum is an Estonian maker whose heaters are designed and made in Estonia. A quiet fan draws air from the ceiling through a telescoping intake, blends it with cooler air from the floor and releases the mix low in the room. The listings call this the climate equalizer, which helps bring the temperature at the lower bench closer to the upper bench and brings softer steam to a traditional sauna. Each heater includes seven Himalayan salt spheres in a slotted tray in the air path.

Air heaters for home saunas
The floor standing Saunum Air suits a home sauna. Choose 5 kW for 106 to 212 cubic feet, or 7 kW for 177 to 318 cubic feet. The smaller size suits solo or two person use, while the larger suits two to four people. Stainless steel leaves the stones visible in an open basket, while Nordic black has a closed basket.
Air L heaters for bigger rooms
Saunum Air L has a bigger stone basket for rooms used regularly. The 10 kW size covers 283 to 494 cubic feet and needs a ceiling at least 71 inches high. The 13 kW size covers 424 to 565 cubic feet with a ceiling at least 79 inches high. For a club sauna or spa, the 15 kW size covers 530 to 812 cubic feet with a ceiling at least 87 inches high. Both finishes are available.
The AirIQ control, stones and packages
Every Air heater needs the Saunum AirIQ Wi-Fi control, with its panel outside the hot room. Use the touch panel or connect through wifi to use the phone app to start a session before you get home. You can keep three stored settings and plan a weekly schedule.
Choose a bare heater if you already have the AirIQ control, or add it on the page. Add four boxes of sauna stones for 5 or 7 kW, or six for Air L. Each package includes the heater, the full stone load and the AirIQ control with its power unit and door sensor. For sizing, multiply your sauna room's length, width and height in feet to get cubic feet.
AirSolo for a sauna you already have
The Saunum AirSolo is a sauna climate device that moves heat without making it. Its three speed fan works alongside any electric heater or wood burning sauna stove, and it plugs into a standard household outlet. Choose a wall hung version at 70 or 80 inches tall, measuring 75 or 85 inches with the grille. The stainless steel in-wall version adjusts from 66 to 90 inches and shows only a slim grille.
