This Summerset side burner collection holds the single, double and Pro side burners. You can simmer a sauce while the grill handles dinner, or cook corn or a skillet of onions beside it instead of juggling pots on the cooking grate. Choose by the pots you use, the counter space you need and whether your outdoor kitchen setup has an outlet nearby.
Choose a single, Summerset double side burner or Pro
The single uses heavy stainless steel and a brass and aluminum burner. Its round grate gives one big pot 120 square inches. Push button spark needs no electricity, and the stainless steel lid closes for counter space.
The double has stainless steel construction that stands up to rain and sun. Two brass and aluminum burners have about 200 square inches for two full size pots. Each has its own knob, so you control them separately. Turn a knob for flame ignition, with a match port backup and no electricity.
The Pro has the same burners and grate. Push button spark lights it, while the knob lights need an outlet. Its stainless steel lid provides counter space when closed. You can also compare side burners from other brands.
Where a side burner goes
A built-in side burner drops into a countertop cutout beside the grill and needs a gas line. The double needs a liner in a wood framed island, found in Summerset accessories. That page also has the bracket that replaces either Sizzler cart shelf to hold the double.
