Grand Canyon fire bowls come in 39 inch and 48 inch sizes as a fire feature for your patio, pool deck or backyard. Each round concrete fire bowl has a thick rounded rim and a small flat base. You choose the fuel, burner, fill and color on the product page. You can add a log set on top or use fire glass for a different look.

Compare Grand Canyon fire bowls in 39 and 48 inches

The 39 inch bowl stands 13 inches tall. The 48 inch bowl is 16 inches tall, with tapered sides and a pitted surface like travertine. The wide shallow shape puts the flame low and open, so the warmth and the glow spread across an outdoor living space rather than up a chimney. Measure your outdoor space to compare their footprints. Concrete, colors and what comes in the box

Both bowls are cast in glass fiber reinforced concrete in Phoenix, Arizona, for the look of stone at a fraction of the weight. Choose from three stock colors or two custom colors that take four to six weeks. Each comes with a burner, stainless disc, gas orifice, install kit and feet. Choose your burner, fill and logs

Choose a 30 inch ring burner for the smaller gas fire bowl or a 36 inch ring for the larger, or select a tee pee burner. The 39 inch bowl takes about 90 pounds of fire glass or 50 pounds of lava rock. The 48 inch bowl takes about 190 pounds of fire glass or 70 pounds of lava rock. You can add fire glass in seven colors, a cover or oak, driftwood or birch fire pit logs. Browse gas fire pits for other styles.

Your fire bowl questions

How do I light a Grand Canyon fire bowl?

Have a licensed installer connect the gas line. The included ring or tee pee setup has the burner, disc, orifice and install kit. Once the gas is connected, you light it at the ring or tee pee burner. The listings do not add an electronic ignition, so call us if you want to talk that through. Call us to talk through your burner choice.

Can the bowl be switched between natural gas and propane?

You choose natural gas or propane on the product page. The burner and orifice come set up for that fuel, so order for the line you have. Call us if you are unsure which to choose.

Can I put logs in a Grand Canyon fire bowl?

Yes, you can add an Arizona Weathered Oak, Western Driftwood or Aspen Birch fire pit log set on the product page. It stacks over the burner above the fill. The 48 inch model pictured with driftwood shows how logs look on Grand Canyon fire bowls.
