The Sauna Plunge has separate sauna and plunge rooms under one roof, with seating for four to six. You move between them without stepping outside. The Sauna Barrel Plunge Combo seats six to eight and puts the barrel on the deck, while the Plunge Max is cold only.
Does a cold plunge room need plumbing?
No pipes need to run to the building. You fill the tub from a garden hose using taps on the outside wall. The chiller keeps water cold between dips, and the plunge room has a waterproof floor with a drain.
How much space does a cold plunge room need?
