Fire Magic Echelon brings together the maker’s top-line Diamond gas grills, cart and drop-in options, plus a griddle, pizza oven and burners for your outdoor kitchen. Choose an Echelon Diamond grill with a dial or touch screen to suit your outdoor cooking. The built-in sizes run from 30 to 48 inches. On each gas product page, you choose natural gas or propane, and it comes built for that gas.
What Fire Magic Echelon grills offer
The 30 inch built-in gas grill has about 660 square inches, the 36 inch about 790, and the 48 inch over a thousand for more cooking space. Choose a dial thermometer (the analog thermometer in the hood) or a built-in grill with digital thermometer readings on a touch screen. Every Fire Magic Echelon Diamond built-in has cast stainless steel burners beneath diamond sear cooking grids, halogen lights inside the hood and glow plug hot surface ignition that needs an outlet. The rotisserie comes with an infrared back burner, while the Magic View Window is optional. These built-in grills slide into an island cutout, so check the opening before choosing.
Cart grills and low drop-in options
The 48 inch grill on a rolling cart needs no island and includes a power burner and locking casters. You can find it among our portable grills. A cart base is its own listing for 2024 and newer 30 or 36 inch Echelon or Aurora built-ins. For a low countertop fit, a drop-in gas grill lowers in from above, with 30 inch Echelon options offering a low hood for roasting or no hood for direct cooking.
Echelon accessories
The black glass griddle gives you a flat cooking plate, while the pizza oven comes with a stone and meat probe. Add a power burner, double side burner or drop-in single side burner for pots alongside the grill. Echelon, Aurora or Choice?
Fire Magic Aurora shares Echelon's cast burners, grids, hood, lights and ignition. Aurora has a brushed steel face, a dial only and an optional rotisserie, while Echelon offers a black glass control panel, a touch screen option and an included rotisserie on built-in and cart grills. Fire Magic Choice uses tube burners and needs no electricity.

Thick stainless steel bars have flat tops for more food contact, clean sear marks and less falling through. Flavor grids below turn drippings into smoke and keep flare ups down. The maker's published warranty covers the stainless steel cooking grids for life.
What does the digital thermometer do and how does it connect to my phone?
The touch screen beneath the black glass displays oven heat and included meat probe readings. It sends both to your phone through the maker's app. Analog versions use a hood dial instead, and both need an island outlet for glow plug ignition and lights.
Does a Fire Magic Echelon grill come with a rotisserie?
