MCO Pools Mykonos Fiberglass Spa: a square spa with room for a group
The MCO Pools Mykonos Fiberglass Spa is a square spa with room for a group. An inground fiberglass spa is a hot tub basin that a pool builder sets into the ground, not a portable tub in a cabinet. It measures 8 feet 8 inches by 9 feet 4 inches and is 3 feet 6 inches deep. Shaped seating runs around the sides, giving your group places to sit together.
The price is for the shell only; your pool builder adds the pump, filter, heater, coping, and decking. Your builder also adds the jets and controls. The spa can share equipment with a pool or run on its own as a hot tub. Decide which you want before your builder sizes the heater. Choose Caribbean Blue, Cancun White, or Eclipse Gray on this page at no extra charge. Need a smaller spa? See the MCO Pools Santorini Spa Fiberglass Spa. The MCO Pools Mykonos Fiberglass Spa comes from My Cozy Outdoors with delivery included within 100 miles of Rio Medina, Texas, No Sales Tax (except WY), and the MCO limited lifetime warranty.

FAQ
What is an inground fiberglass spa?
It is a hot tub basin molded as a fiberglass shell and set into the ground by a pool builder, instead of a portable acrylic tub in a cabinet. The Mykonos is a square shell of 8 ft 8 in by 9 ft 4 in, 3 ft 6 in deep, built with the same six-layer diamond finish laminate as the MCO pools. See our other fiberglass spa shells too.
Can a fiberglass spa be salt water?
Yes. The warranty card that covers the Mykonos allows a salt chlorine generator provided you follow the generator maker’s guidelines and keep the water balanced. A spa this size holds far less water than a pool, so balance changes quickly; the linked service manual’s spa section and the weekly professional testing the warranty asks for both apply.
How is a fiberglass spa heated?
The Mykonos is the shell only; the heater, jets, pump, filter, plumbing and controls are specified and installed by your pool builder. That is what lets it be plumbed to share equipment with a pool or run as a standalone hot tub, so decide which you want before the builder sizes the heater. The service manual covers heater troubleshooting once installed.
How much does an inground spa cost?
The page price is for the Mykonos shell in your choice of three shades. Spa shells ship free within 100 miles of Rio Medina, Texas, and per mile beyond that at the Shipping tab rate, confirmed in your quote before you order. Equipment and installation are priced by your builder, and sales tax is charged only on orders to Wyoming.
Can you drain a fiberglass spa?
Not without authorization. The same warranty as the pools applies: the shell is designed to remain full of water at all times, and draining it or letting groundwater accumulate around it voids coverage because an empty shell can lift. Clean the Mykonos full, keep the level up, and let the manufacturer or an approved contractor direct any repair that needs it emptied.
How long does a fiberglass spa last?
The Mykonos carries the MCO Limited Lifetime Warranty: structural failure causing water loss, and osmotic blistering of the finish, are covered for as long as the original residential buyer owns it. It is not transferable and depends on a compliant installation, weekly professional water testing kept on file, and the spa staying full; there is no liner to replace.
