Can the outdoor heater be left out in the rain?
Bromic Heaters are weather resistant, but not waterproof. The Bromic Tungsten Freestanding outdoor heater can be exposed to the elements but as with any outdoor product, the better the care, the longer the life. We recommend covering the heater when not in use or storing it under cover when the gas bottle is removed.
Does the Tungsten Freestanding outdoor heating appliance come with a cover?
The Tungsten Freestanding outdoor heating appliance does not come with a cover, but we do recommend to order a compatible cover to ensure the heater is protected from the elements when not in use.
Can I use the freestanding heater with Natural Gas or just LPG?
We offer a Natural Gas Model (BH0510005) and a Liquid Propane Model (BH0510001).
What kind of gas tank can be used with the outdoor heating appliance?
We recommend a 20lb LPG tank for use with the LPG Model (BH0510001). The Natural Gas Model (BH0510005) ships with a 10ft quick connect gas line.
Is the Tungsten Freestanding outdoor heater adjustable in power and output?
The LPG Model can be adjusted from high to low using the control knob on the back of the heater. The Natural Gas Model can be used in high position only.
Can the Tungsten Freestanding heating appliance be left on all night?
While the Tungsten Freestanding heating appliance is designed for extended outdoor use, Bromic recommends turning it off when not in use for safety and energy conservation.
Is the Tungsten Freestanding heater hard to move?
No. Tungsten Freestanding gas outdoor heaters are designed with maneuverability in mind. - Open and inspect the order while the delivery driver is present. If delivery driver does not provide sufficient time to do so, please notate the delivery receipt.
- By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage or missing items, you confirm that your order arrived complete and in excellent condition.
- Record any damage or missing pieces directly on the delivery receipt.
- Do not discard damaged item(s) or any original packaging. For severe damage, write “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Report any damage within two business days, including delivery details and photos showing the issue
- Damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return them will result in a charge to the original payment method.

- From the date this email is received, you will have 14 days to return the product.
- Once AF Distributors receives and inspects the returned item(s), your refund will be issued within 1–2 weeks
- Items returned outside of this process or time frame are not eligible for a refund.
