Wildfire gas grills in this collection include the 30, 36 and 42 inch Ranch Pro built-in models, each in two finishes and natural gas or propane. The Ranch Pro gas grill in each size can sit in an outdoor kitchen island or go on a matching grill cart. Start with the cooking space you need and the room in your layout. Then choose the finish and add-ons for your outdoor cooking setup.

What every Wildfire Ranch Pro grill has

A Wildfire Ranch Pro built-in gas grill, made by Wildfire Outdoor Living of Phoenix, Arizona, slides into an island cutout. The cast stainless steel burners are solid rather than thin tubes, and the laser cut stainless steel cooking grates hold heat for sear marks. Every size has an infrared rear burner for rotisserie cooking.

Turn a knob for spark ignition with no batteries to change. Each size has a double walled, welded hood with springs that help lift it, a dial thermometer in it and a warming rack above the grates. Illuminated LED knobs and halogen lights inside the hood let you see the settings and the food after dark. Choose traditional or black stainless steel, which is the same heavy steel with a dark finish. For other choices, browse our built-in grills or the wider gas grill collection.

Which size: 30, 36 or 42?

The Ranch Pro 30 has two burners and about 685 square inches of cooking space for a smaller island or patio. The 36 has three burners and about 833 square inches for family cookouts. The 42 has four burners for cooking power and about 980 square inches for a crowd. Every size comes in either fuel, alongside our other natural gas grills and propane grills.

In an island or on a cart

Check the island cutout before planning your counter. Wood or other combustible framing needs the size-matched insulated liner from the island components page, while masonry does not. For a freestanding setup, choose the matching grill cart on the carts page. The grill has no legs, and the cart is its own listing.

What fits the grill

The sear burner, rotisserie kit, fitted cover and gas timer are add-ons on each grill page and appear on the accessories page. For flat-top cooking beside the grill, see the griddles page. For a double side burner or power burner, visit the burners page.

Your grill questions

What sizes do Wildfire Ranch Pro grills come in?

The 30 inch model has two burners and about 685 square inches for a small patio. The 36 has three burners and about 833 square inches for family cookouts. The 42 has four burners and about 980 square inches for a crowd.

Do Wildfire gas grills include a rotisserie burner?

Yes, every size has a built-in infrared burner for rotisserie cooking. The matching 30, 36 or 42 inch rotisserie kit is an add-on on the grill page and has its own accessories listing. It includes a motor, spit, two forks and bracket, and the motor needs an outlet.

Do Wildfire grills come in natural gas and propane versions?

Yes, choose natural gas or propane on the product page, and the grill comes built for that gas. The grill cart has a slide-out tray for a propane tank. If you are unsure which gas your island will have, call us and we will talk it through.

Does a Wildfire grill get hot enough, and is the heat even?

Yes. The cast stainless steel burners and the laser cut stainless steel grates hold their heat once the grill is up to temperature. Each burner has its own knob, so you can run one side hot and the other low for two cooking zones. Like any grill with two to four burners, it is hottest right over the burners and a little cooler between them, and you learn those spots in a few cooks. For a harder crust on a steak, the infrared sear burner is an add-on.

Do the knobs and hood have lights for grilling at night?

Yes, illuminated LED knobs show the settings, and halogen lighting under the hood lights the grates and food after dark. Like the rotisserie motor, the lights need power, so plan for an outlet at the island. The spark ignition on Wildfire gas grills needs no batteries.
