Wildfire burners in this collection are built-in Ranch Pro side and power burners for the counter beside your grill. If you own a Ranch Pro gas grill or are planning an outdoor kitchen, choose by the pots and pans you use for outdoor cooking. The side burner suits sauces and side dishes while you grill. The power burner suits big pots and seafood boils.

The double side burner for sauces and sides

The Wildfire Ranch Pro double side burner, made by Wildfire Outdoor Living of Phoenix, Arizona, works like a kitchen range beside the grill. Its cast brass burners sit under stainless steel cooking grates for a sauce and skillet at once. A spark from the knob lights it without batteries, and a stainless steel cover is in the box. Choose traditional or black stainless steel, or compare side burners and power burners across brands.

The Wildfire Ranch Pro power burner

The power burner has one cast stainless steel burner with two rings. Use the inner ring to simmer or both rings for a fast boil. The grate center lifts out for a round bottom wok to sit in the flame, its illuminated LED knobs match the grill's, and a stainless steel cover is in the box.

Where the burner goes in your island

Each burner takes up cooking space in the counter beside the grill and needs its own cutout and gas supply. Match your layout to the 30, 36 or 42 inch models on the Ranch Pro gas grills page. A wood framed island needs the burner's matching insulated liner from the island components page. If you prefer a flat cooking surface beside the grill, see the 15 inch side griddle on the griddles page.

What fits the burners

The gas timer is an add-on on both burner pages. It shuts the gas off automatically 90 minutes after you turn it on. On the accessories page, you can also find the sear burner, an infrared accessory that fits inside a Ranch Pro grill.

Your burner questions

Is it worth having a side burner on a grill?

A side burner takes the pots off the grill, so a sauce, a pot of corn or a skillet cooks beside the grill instead of on the grates or indoors. Its cast brass burners work like a kitchen range. It uses the same gas type as your grill, whether natural gas or bottled propane, and needs its own counter cutout.

What is the difference between the side burner and the power burner?

The side burner has two open burners for two pans of sauces or sides. The power burner has one burner with two rings for a big pot, with a removable grate center and an inner ring for simmering. Both are built-ins and come in the same finishes.

Do Wildfire burners run on natural gas or propane?

On each burner page you pick natural gas or propane, and the burner comes built for that gas. Match it to your grill's fuel. Both light with a spark from the knob and need no batteries. Wildfire burners need their matching insulated liners in a wood framed island.
