Our tiny homes collection holds Irontown Modular cabins from 200 to 398 square feet, with studios and one bedroom layouts. Each prefab tiny home is built in Spanish Fork, Utah, to the park model RV code. If you picture a tiny house, these are one story cabins set by crane on the foundation you provide. Each tiny home cabin is one story, and several add a storage loft or a deck. You will not find a tiny home on wheels here.

Tiny homes by size

The 200 square foot studios start open, with bathroom, kitchenette, covered deck or full loft options for a backyard guest house or a campground unit. Studios at 330 and 355 square feet have a bath and kitchenette. In the 355 square foot studio, a great room serves as the living area beside a fully equipped kitchenette and bath. The 397 square foot one bedroom cabins offer deck and storage loft options. The 398 square foot layout has both, and its tall wall of windows and soaring ceilings bring in natural light. A 200 square foot studio and a 398 square foot cabin are finished and waiting at the factory, with fixed layouts and finishes. These prefab tiny homes are the same cabins on the park model page, under their code name.

Your questions answered

What is considered a tiny home?

Here, it means a cabin under 400 square feet, with studios at 200, 330 and 355 square feet. The one bedroom cabins are 397 or 398 square feet. Each follows the park model RV code and is set by crane on a foundation without wheels.

Can I put a tiny home in my backyard?

These cabins suit campgrounds, recreation land and some towns as a second home on a residential lot. Ask your town whether it allows one before you order. You handle permits, sitework and the foundation, and the crane needs a clear path.

How do I buy a tiny home here?

Choose your delivery region and finish series, then use Request a Quote to confirm the figure for your address. The crane and set are quoted separately. Two finished cabins wait at the factory with fixed layouts and finishes and no build wait. Your tiny home is trucked to your lot and set by crane on the foundation you provide.
