The Irontown Modular Eagle Landing 1000 is a two bedroom, two bath, one story home with a master suite and a porch, offered in Utah only. An ADU is a small second home on the main house’s lot for family, guests, or renters. This plan has 1,000 square feet and measures 54 feet by 19 feet 8 inches. The kitchen opens to the living area and includes a pantry. The master bedroom has its own bath. Irontown builds the home in its Spanish Fork, Utah, factory, then trucks it to your lot. A crane places it on the foundation you provide.
The base price covers the Designer Series finishes, delivered and set on the foundation you provide; sitework, the foundation, and permits are extra. 10 Year Limited Structural Warranty
Every Irontown Modular home is factory built by KEB Homes, LLC, dba Irontown Modular, in Spanish Fork, Utah, and comes with the Irontown Modular Limited Warranty. Coverage comes in three parts, each with its own time period.
1 Year
Fit and Finish
Workmanship and materials on cabinets, mirrors, flooring, interior and exterior walls, countertops, paint finishes, trim, and window and door installation.
2 Years
Systems, Roof and Deck
Plumbing, electrical wiring, and heating, cooling and ventilation as installed at the factory. Also covers roof workmanship and leaks, and the load-bearing parts of any exterior deck.
10 Years
Major Structure
Defects in the load-bearing structure that make the building unsafe or unlivable: foundation system, load-bearing stud walls, headers, floor joists, beams, columns, trusses, and rafters.
Appliances and equipment
Appliances, water heaters, furnaces, AC units, thermostats, garage door openers, roof shingles and engineered decking are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, which Irontown passes on to you. If one of them fails, the claim goes through that manufacturer, and we will help you with it. The factory installation of that equipment falls under the 2 year systems coverage.
Delivery day: what to budget for
Modules travel by truck and are set by crane, and a building that moves down the highway will flex and can pick up small cosmetic issues. Minor transport and set damage is not covered by the warranty. Your general contractor should budget $5 to $10 per square foot for items such as:

Utah only. The description says it is only available in Utah and the Regional Pricing tab prices it for the Utah region alone, not the Multi-State or California regions. Delivery and crane set are included for the first 250 miles from the Spanish Fork factory, with transport beyond that quoted per mile.
A single-story rambler of 1,000 square feet at 54 by 19-8 feet with two bedrooms and two baths, per the Specifications tab. The linked plan shows a 13 by 10-7 foot living room, a 9-10 by 9-10 foot kitchen with pantry, a 13-7 by 10-1 foot master with en-suite bath, a 10 by 9 foot second bedroom and an 11-8 foot porch.
The floor plan marks a furnace, an A/C unit and a water heater. The Designer feature sheet pairs multi-module homes with a 95 percent AFUE Rheem gas forced-air furnace and single modules with baseboard heat, with split-system air conditioning or mini-splits as upgrades, so confirm the system for this plan during pre-construction.
Designer Series finishes, delivery and crane set on your foundation, per the Regional Pricing tab; sitework, foundation, stitching the modules, sales tax, engineering, permits and fees are not included. Modern, Rustic and Balance upgrades are priced on the Finish Series selector and confirmed in the custom quote.
Textured lap siding in two Sherwin Williams colors, lifetime architectural shingles, dual-pane Low-E vinyl windows, Thermatru fiberglass doors, KCD shaker cabinets, 2 cm granite, Johnson SPC flooring, and a Whirlpool or GE electric range, microhood and dishwasher, per the Designer feature sheet linked in the Manuals tab.
Feasibility review 1 to 2 weeks, pre-construction 2 to 3 months for the site visit, selections and stamped plans, then 12 to 16 weeks to build, ship and set, per the Irontown Process tab. See the other two-bedroom ADU plans if you are outside Utah.

I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
