What is the difference between the FB3913-R and FB3913-TP bowls?

Burner style, chosen when you order. The FB3913-R build pairs the bowl with a 30-inch fire ring, while FB3913-TP swaps in a tee-pee style burner instead. Everything else about the bowl stays the same between the two, so the choice comes down to which burner style you want sitting under your media or log set.

Do I need to buy a separate orifice for propane?

No. You pick natural gas or liquid propane when ordering, and the bowl ships with the matching gas orifice – alongside the 33-inch stainless steel disc ring and a small install kit – so the fuel side arrives ready for hookup. Not every outdoor fire feature is offered in both fuels; this bowl is available either way.

Which log sets can be added on top of the burner?

Grand Canyon offers three of its fire pit log styles for its fire bowls: Arizona Weathered Oak, Western Driftwood, and Aspen Birch. None comes bundled, but the Log Set add-on on this page lets any of the three join your bowl order – so you can start with bare media and add cast logs later, or go log-topped from day one.

Does the bowl arrive filled, or is fire media separate?

Media is a separate purchase. The manufacturer specifies 90 pounds of glass or 50 pounds of lava rock to fill this bowl, and both are offered as optional add-ons rather than packed in the crate.
