Our park model homes collection holds Irontown Modular cabins under 400 square feet, from open studios to one bedroom layouts. The code calls each one a park model RV, but every cabin here is built in Spanish Fork, Utah, then trucked to your lot and set by crane on the foundation you provide. You can compare floor plans with room for a storage loft or a deck to find a layout that fits your plans.

Park model homes by size

The 200 square foot studios start as one open room, with bathroom, kitchenette, covered deck or full loft options. The 330 and 355 square foot studios have a bath and kitchenette. All of these small homes are one story. The 397 square foot one bedroom cabins offer deck and storage loft options. Their standard kitchen has a dry bar, and the full galley kitchen option adds a dishwasher, an appliance the dry bar kitchen does not have. The 398 square foot layout has both a loft and a deck. A 200 square foot studio with bathroom and kitchenette and a 398 square foot cabin with loft and deck are finished and waiting at the factory. You will find the same cabins on our tiny homes page.

Where a park model goes and what your lot needs

A park model cabin suits a campground, recreation land as a vacation home and some towns as a second home, so check with your town. Sitework, permits and the foundation are yours, and the crane and set are quoted separately. Choose your delivery region and finish series, then use Request a Quote on the listing to confirm the figure for your address. Our guide to what goes into a finished tiny home walks through the quote, the truck and the set. For more than 400 square feet, explore backyard ADUs from 497 to 1002 square feet.

Your questions answered

What is a park model home?

A park model is a small cabin built to the park model RV code and kept under 400 square feet. Our cabins range from 200 to 398 square feet. They are trucked to your lot and set by crane on your foundation.

What is the difference between a park model and a tiny home?

A park model follows a specific RV code and stays under 400 square feet. Here, both names refer to the same cabins, so the Tiny Homes page shows this collection too. A crane sets each on your foundation.

Can I put a park model home on my property?

Some towns allow these cabins as a second home on a residential lot. Ask your town about permitted use and occupancy before ordering, and arrange your permits, sitework and foundation. Call us and we will talk your park model home through.
