The Grand Canyon Gas Logs Arizona Weathered Oak Charred GlowFire log set is a complete front-view set for indoor use in a wood-burning fireplace approved for gas logs. It comes in sizes of 18, 24, 30, or 36 inches wide. The ceramic logs are cast from a real scrub oak found in Arizona, notched, burned, and painted by hand. Deeply furrowed bark and dark charring on the ends and undersides give them a weathered look. Each log has its own fuel openings, so flames rise through the stack much like a wood fire.
Order it for natural gas or propane. The price shown is for the logs; the burner is added on the page, where you choose on/off electronic ignition or variable electronic ignition that adjusts the flame height. The Lava burner comes with lava rock, black embers, a flex line, a damper clamp, and the manual. The set is built for one gas and cannot be converted later. Fire glass in seven colors is optional. What makes the GlowFire logs look so realistic when burning?
Each ceramic refractory log is crafted with precision-engineered fuel ports and is individually orificed and ported, so flame is fed at the logs themselves rather than only from a pan below. That produces a natural burn pattern that closely replicates the movement and depth of a true wood fire, layered over charred Arizona Weathered Oak styling — one of the most convincing gas log sets available today.
How can it produce a full flame while using fewer BTUs?
That is the core of the Lava Burner Series engineering. The system is designed to deliver a full, robust flame with fewer BTUs, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing the look of a real wood fire. Rather than driving a bigger flame with a higher gas input, the ported burner design keeps the presentation generous while performance and authenticity stay in balance.
What is the difference between the two ignition options?
Two electronic systems are offered: On/Off Electronic Ignition built on Dexen controls, or Variable Electronic Ignition built on SIT Proflame 1 controls. The on/off version, sold under EN and EP SKUs, starts and stops the fire electronically, while the variable version, sold under VEN and VEP SKUs, adds flame adjustment. Decide on the control style before ordering, because it is baked into the SKU.
Is the flex line included, or do I buy installation parts separately?
Yes, the flex line is included. This is a complete assembled system that ships with the burner, lava rock, black embers, flex line, damper clamp, installation manual, and rating plate. Beyond picking a size and an ignition option there is nothing to source from separate part numbers, which is a big part of why installation in an approved fireplace stays simple.
Why does the SKU matter when choosing natural gas or propane?
Because the set is gas-specific with no field conversion. Natural gas versions carry EN or VEN SKUs and propane versions carry EP or VEP SKUs, each built for its fuel from the factory. Confirm the fuel your fireplace is plumbed for, then order the matching SKU in your size — there is no changing it over afterward with a kit.
Does installation require a fireplace approved for gas logs?
Yes. The set is designed for easy installation in any wood-burning fireplace approved for gas log use, and it is rated for indoor installation only — there is no outdoor version of this system. Four sizes of 18, 24, 30, and 36 inches make it practical to match the set to your firebox opening before choosing an ignition option.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
