The Grand Canyon Gas Logs Arizona Juniper log set is cast from fallen juniper found by the company’s log hunters in the pine forest of northern Arizona, with weathered gray-to-tan wood, deep grain cracks, knot bumps, and patches of pale bare wood. Seven or eight logs sit on a two-tier grate, with one broad, flat-topped base log below and four or five branches crossed above. The set comes in sizes of 18, 21, 24, 30, 36, or 42 inches for a front-view fireplace. Each log is made from ceramic fiber and high temperature concrete with stainless steel mesh inside. The logs are painted by hand in Phoenix and carry a lifetime warranty indoors and a five-year warranty outdoors.

How were the original juniper logs behind this set found?
Grand Canyon’s Log Hunters were hiking through the pine-rich backwoods of Northern Arizona when they came across fallen juniper trees with distinctive characteristics unlike any others in the area. Realizing they had found something special, the team gathered up as many logs as they could, and those found pieces became the models for the Arizona Juniper collection sold on this page.
Do any gas log sets come in a 21-inch width?
This one does. The Arizona Juniper collection runs 18, 21, 24, 30, 36, and 42 inches, and the 21-inch set, AJ21LOGS, answers the awkward firebox where an 18-inch set looks sparse but a 24-inch set crowds the opening. That in-between width is one you will rarely find among vented gas logs, and here it comes in natural gas or liquid propane like every other size.
Can I order the logs with a fully assembled burner?
Yes. This product page builds the complete system: choose your gas type and size, then select an assembled burner matched to that width and fuel. Four control packages are offered at that step – Safety Pilot System, Millivolt and Remote System, Modulating Millivolt and Remote System, or Battery Electronic and Remote System – so the burner arrives put together and ready for your installer rather than as a pile of separate parts.
What does the choice between two and three burners change?
It decides which fireplaces the system can serve. The specification lists this set for 2-burner systems, which handle front-view fireplaces, and 3-burner systems, which are listed for front-view and see-through installations. The log castings stay identical either way; you are choosing the burner architecture underneath. Is there an add-on to fill out the display with twigs?

Either way you are installing the same high-temperature castings; the difference is on paper, not in the product.
Can I get this juniper design from another log maker?
No. The collection is available exclusively from Grand Canyon Gas Logs, because the molds were cast from the one-of-a-kind fallen junipers the company recovered; there is no shared industry pattern for another brand to copy. Every log is individually cast from those originals and then hand painted at the factory in Phoenix, Arizona. If this particular juniper character is what you want, it exists in exactly one catalog.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
