The Grand Canyon Gas Logs Arizona Weathered Oak fire pit log set is the outdoor version of Grand Canyon’s best-selling log. Shown in a tall tee-pee stack, about ten logs lean together, with rough, deeply furrowed gray-brown bark, lighter split faces, and a couple of short logs lying flat at the front. Each log is cast from a real lightning-struck scrub oak found in Arizona, using ceramic fiber and high-temperature concrete with stainless steel mesh inside. The logs are hand-painted in Phoenix and made for outdoor use only, with a five-year warranty. Choose 9 pieces for an 18 or 24 inch fire pit, 16 pieces for a 30 or 36 inch pit, or 31 pieces for a 48 inch pit.

Can the Arizona Weathered Oak fire pit set be installed indoors?
No. This set is engineered strictly for outdoor fire pits and open-air fire features, and its spec sheet lists outdoor use only. Each log is individually cast and hand painted in Phoenix, Arizona, so the realism holds up at close range, but the sizing and mounting are built entirely around fire pit installations rather than indoor fireboxes.
What do the RFS, RTS, and TPS stack kit codes mean?
Those are the three stack kit styles this set pairs with: Round Flat (RFS), Round Tall (RTS), and Tee-Pee (TPS). The names describe the silhouette of the finished fire – a low rounded build, a taller rounded build, or logs leaned up to a point. The cast logs themselves are the same either way, so the decision comes down to the profile you want above the flame.
How do I choose between match light and the WBECS electronic ignition?
Decide how you want to start the fire. The key valve match light option is fully manual – turn the key to open the gas and light the burner by hand, with no wiring required. WBECS is a 120-volt electronic ignition system, so it needs household power run out to the fire pit. Both options are offered for this set in natural gas or liquid propane.
Why is the warranty five years instead of lifetime?
Grand Canyon’s lifetime coverage applies to logs installed indoors; logs installed outside carry a 5-year warranty. Because this set is outdoor-only, the 5-year outdoor term is the one that applies to it. The construction is built for that duty – high temperature concrete, ceramic refractory, and stainless steel fiber mesh – and the GCGL warranty form is linked on the product’s manuals tab.
How do I get the factory look for the finished fire pit?
Use the Log Position Guides. Grand Canyon publishes a PDF for each Arizona Weathered Oak size showing exactly how the factory positions every cast log, and the guides covering this set’s sizes are linked on the manuals tab. Matching your size’s diagram is the quickest way to reproduce the bonfire look the series photography shows.
What kind of wood are these logs modeled after?
The set is cast from a genuine lightning-struck scrub oak discovered in the Red Vermilion Cliffs on the Arizona-Utah border – the pattern behind Grand Canyon’s best-selling Arizona Weathered Oak series. Each log is individually cast from that found wood and then hand painted, which is why the bark texture and weathered grain hold up in daylight, before the fire is even lit.
Can I dress up a plain gas fire pit with realistic logs?
That is exactly what this set is for. It comes in 18, 24, 30, 36, and 48 inch sizes, runs on natural gas or liquid propane, and sits over the flame with your choice of stack kit. Grand Canyon builds it as part of a dedicated line of gas logs for fire pits, so an ordinary exposed burner ring ends up reading as a built bonfire.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
