The Videl Signature Collection 3 Full Kit is an outdoor kitchen package for homeowners who want a grill and griddle without hiring a mason. It includes the Gran Fuego 36 grill, Gran Plancha griddle, double doors, a door and drawer unit, and three frames. Both cooking appliances are made of 304 stainless steel. The frames form a straight island 108 inches long, with space for a prep counter. Knock down means the one inch steel frame ships flat and latches together, then you cover it with cement board and the tile, stone, or stucco you like. Videl is the outdoor kitchen brand of The Outdoor Plus, which builds it in Ontario, California.
The grill has four cast stainless steel burners delivering 68,000 BTUs. The griddle has adjustable burners so you can cook at different temperatures across the flat top. What is included in Signature Collection 3?
This is the grill-and-griddle collection: the Gran Fuego 36 grill, the Gran Plancha griddle, 30-inch double doors, 36-inch combo doors and drawers, plus three knock-down island frames, 48-inch, 36-inch, and 24-inch. Cooking surfaces, storage, and structure arrive together as one coordinated outdoor kitchen package.
Do I get both a grill and a griddle?
Yes, that is this collection’s defining feature. The Gran Fuego 36 covers classic grilling, while the Gran Plancha’s adjustable burners create distinct cooking zones for searing, sauteing, or slow-cooking on the flat top. Between the two surfaces, everything from steaks to smash burgers to breakfast happens outdoors.
How do the three frames fit together?
The 48-inch frame takes the grill, the 36-inch is sized for the griddle, and the 24-inch adds prep or serving space, combining to 108 inches of width at 36 inches tall and 32 inches deep. Is assembly really that simple?
The page commits to it: knock-down islands set up in minutes, not weeks, with no complicated construction. The frames arrive flat-packed, go together without framing work, and then take your own cement board and finishing touches, that last step is where your style choices come in.
Where does everything get stored?
Two storage systems are included: 30-inch double doors for the enclosed bay, and 36-inch combo doors and drawers described as a seamless, well-organized grilling haven. Between them you cover bulky items, tools, and drawer-sized gear across the three-frame run, keeping both cooking surfaces clear.
What fuels are available?
Order the collection for Natural Gas or Liquid Propane using the Gas Type selector, included either way – the selection is how our team confirms what your patio provides. Videl’s manuals note the grill and griddle ship set up for natural gas with the propane conversion kit included, so an LP site just needs the swap done at installation.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
