Wildfire Ranch Pro Power Burner: one burner with two rings for simmering or boiling
The Wildfire Ranch Pro Power Burner is a built in gas burner for big pots, wok cooking, and seafood boils. Built in means it drops into a cutout in the counter next to the grill, so it has no legs of its own. The body is 304 stainless steel. Black stainless steel is the same 304 steel with a dark finish.
One cast stainless steel burner has two rings and delivers up to 60,000 BTUs. Use the inner ring for a simmer or both for a fast boil. The grate’s center lifts out so a round bottom wok sits in the flame. Choose natural gas or propane, then stainless or black stainless steel. If the island is framed in wood or anything else that can burn, a matching insulated liner goes around it so the heat stays off the framing. The liner and a gas timer that shuts off gas after 90 minutes are available add ons. A stainless steel cover is included. Prefer two burners? See the Wildfire Ranch Pro Double Side Burner. The Wildfire Ranch Pro Power Burner ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.
FAQ
What is a power burner used for?
A power burner is a high-output burner for the jobs a standard grill burner struggles with — big stockpots, wok cooking, and seafood boils. This one delivers up to 60,000 BTUs from a single cast stainless steel burner, built into your outdoor kitchen alongside your grill.
How much heat does the Ranch Pro Power Burner produce?
Up to 60,000 BTUs from one cast stainless steel burner — serious output for bringing large pots to a boil quickly. The LED backlit knob bezel keeps the control easy to read while you cook, day or night.
Does it run on natural gas or propane?
Either one. The burner is manufactured in natural gas and propane versions — the model number carries an NG or LP code — and you choose yours with the Fuel Type selector on this page so it arrives ready to connect to your fuel supply.
Do I need a liner to install it?
If you are building it into a combustible island enclosure, yes — the insulated 304 stainless steel power burner liner is required for safe installation there, and it is available as an add-on on this page. The cut sheet in the Manuals tab shows the built-in dimensions.
Can it match a black stainless outdoor kitchen?
Yes — the Finish option on this page offers traditional stainless or black 304 stainless steel, so the burner can coordinate with the rest of your Wildfire appliances, from grills to side burners, on the same island.
Is there an automatic shutoff option?
Yes. The gas timer offered as an add-on on this page is an automatic gas shutoff valve: it cuts the gas supply after 90 minutes, adding a layer of safety and peace of mind to a burner with this much output.
