The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 42 Freestanding Gas Grill is a 42 inch gas grill on its own rolling stainless steel cart, so you need no island at all. It is for the cook who wants an Estate grill but would rather choose the extras than pay for them all. American Made Grills builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. Three stainless steel U shaped burners give 90,000 BTUs over about 1,080 square inches.
The grates are thick stainless steel bars that hold heat for clean sear marks. The double walled hood holds heat like an oven, and lights inside the hood and over each knob let you cook after dark. Stainless steel dividers between the burners keep the heat in zones, so one side can sear while the other stays low. A bed of briquettes over the burners spreads the heat evenly and turns drippings into smoke. An infrared back burner at the rear is ready for a rotisserie. Freedom means you pay for the grill alone and add only what you want: the rotisserie kit, the sear burner, the griddle plate, the smoker tray, and the red brass burners are each an option on the page. A vinyl cover for the grill head and a care kit come in the box. The cart underneath arrives fully assembled on locking wheels, with a magnetic door over two drawers, a tray for sauces inside the door, room for the propane tank, and two fold down side shelves. What does the included vinyl cover actually protect on this freestanding model?
The included item is a weather-proof vinyl grill head cover, so it protects the head itself. For the complete unit, the Optional Items menu on this page offers the Estate 42-inch Freestanding Deluxe Grill and Cart Cover, which is cut for the whole cart. The head cover comes with every order either way; the full cover is there if the grill lives out in the open.
Why does the handle run the full width of the hood?
It is a deliberate spec: the Features tab lists a 304 stainless steel full-width hood handle over the 18-gauge double-lined hood with spring assist. On a 42-inch hood a full-width bar gives you a grab point anywhere along the front instead of one fixed center position, and it matches the stainless used through the rest of the body.
Is there a dedicated spot for sauces and seasonings while you cook?
Yes. The cart’s access door has an interior condiment tray built into it, per the Features tab, which keeps bottles and rubs off the working surfaces. Larger prep items ride on the cart’s shelves, and the magnetic access door with two-drawer storage swallows the rest of the small gear.
Do the side shelves come standard, or are they an add-on?
Standard. Two collapsible shelves appear on the Features tab, not in the options menus. A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
