Fire Magic Flush Single Access Door with Lock: one locked bay for tools and supplies
The Fire Magic Flush Single Access Door with Lock is a single tall door with a key lock for an outdoor kitchen island. Flush means the door and drawer fronts close inside the frame, level with the face of the island, instead of sitting on top of it. The fronts are filled with foam so they feel solid, they shut softly on a magnetic latch, and a rain guard around the frame keeps water out of the cabinet. Fire Magic builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. On the page you pick the size: 21 by 14.5 inches or 25 by 17.5 inches. It gives you one locked bay while the other island doors stay plain.
A key lock in the door keeps knives, lighter fluid, and the good tools away from children and from anyone walking by. It has no louvers, so a propane cylinder goes behind one of Fire Magic’s louvered tank doors instead. On the page you pick a right or a left hinge, so the door swings away from the grill. Fire Magic covers it for three years. No lock needed? See the Fire Magic Flush Vertical Single Access Door. The Fire Magic Flush Single Access Door with Lock ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

FAQ
Which sizes and hinges can I choose?
This listing is the 21 inch high by 14 1/2 inch wide vertical door with a lock, left hinge, and the Size and Right or Left Hinge selectors on this page switch to the 25 by 17 1/2 inch vertical door or a right hinge. The Specifications tab also lists the horizontal locking doors, which are separate listings.
How does the lock work?
A key lock in the door keeps tools, supplies and valuables secure. The manual shows the lock’s tab and screw so it can be serviced, and the door otherwise closes flush on a magnetic latch with soft-close hinges and a continuous rain guard.
What cutout does the door need?
For the 21 by 14 1/2 inch door, cut the enclosure to those dimensions; the 25 by 17 1/2 inch option needs a 25 by 17 1/2 inch opening. The Fire Magic spec guide lists a 1 1/2 inch flange overlap around Premium Flush doors, and the manual recommends silicone caulk behind the frame.
Is it insulated?
Yes. Premium Flush doors are filled with polyurethane foam for insulation and a solid feel, built in 304 stainless steel. Soft-close hinges adjust three ways if the door needs aligning. See more outdoor kitchen doors here.
Why pick a locking single door?
A narrow locking bay is the usual spot for a knife roll, an expensive thermometer, lighter fluid or anything children should not reach, while the rest of the island keeps ordinary magnetic-latch doors. The lock is keyed, and the three-year Premium Flush warranty in the Fire Magic spec guide covers the door.
