Fire Magic Echelon E1060s Portable Grill with Digital Thermometer: a rolling gas grill with a power burner
The Fire Magic Echelon E1060s Portable Grill with Digital Thermometer is a 48 inch gas grill from Fire Magic’s top line on a rolling stainless steel cart, so it needs no island. Fire Magic builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. Four cast stainless steel burners give 112,000 BTUs, and they are so thick that Fire Magic guarantees them for life. It gives you about 1,050 square inches of cooking space plus a warming rack. The cart carries a 60,000 BTU power burner on one side for a wok or a stock pot, two drawers, a tray for the propane tank, and locking casters.
The grates are Diamond Sear grids, thick stainless steel bars with a flat top for clean sear marks, and flavor grids under them turn drippings into smoke and keep flare ups down. The double walled hood holds heat like an oven, and halogen lights inside light the grates after dark. Push a knob in and a glow plug lights the burner, so plan for an outlet nearby. A touch screen under the black glass shows the oven heat, reads the included meat probe, and sends both to your phone. Two infrared back burners at the rear run the included rotisserie, so a chicken or a roast turns and bastes itself. On the page you pick natural gas or propane, and a Magic View Window, a glass panel in the hood for checking food without lifting the lid, is optional. What does the digital thermometer on the portable Echelon do?
The black glass panel houses a digital under-glass thermometer with integrated smart technology, so oven temperature, meat probe readings and timed cooking can be monitored from a smartphone as well as on the grill face. The digital meat probe stays in the roast while the hood is closed. The manual points to the RHP Connect app for the phone side.
Is the power burner included?
Yes. The -51 model designation is the cart version with a 60,000 BTU power burner mounted beside the grill, which the Key Features list. Its inner and outer rings give a range from a simmer up to full output for wok cooking or frying a turkey, and the manual carries a dedicated power burner section and parts list.
How much grilling space is there?
The primary grid is 48 by 22 inches for 1,056 square inches, heated by 112,000 BTUs from quarter-inch cast 304 stainless steel burners. A 48 by 8 inch dual-position warming rack sits above it, and two 11,000 BTU infrared backburners handle rotisserie cooking with the motor included per the manual’s parts list.
How much room does the cart take?
The Fire Magic spec guide linked in the Catalog tab lists the E1060s at 52 inches tall closed, 61 inches with the hood open and 37 inches to the shelf tops. Width is 77 3/4 inches at the cart base, 87 3/4 inches with the shelves folded down and up to 117 inches with both shelves raised; depth is about 30 1/2 inches.
Can I add an infrared sear burner?
Yes. The Optional Infrared Sear Burner selector on this page installs an infrared searing burner in the left-hand burner position. The manual describes it glowing orange when up to temperature, cautions to keep it covered when idle and to leave the flavor grid off above it. The price is shown on the selector rather than here.
Natural gas or propane?
Select either on the Gas Type selector. Propane models use the cart’s tank tray for a standard cylinder; natural gas models hook up with the quick disconnect hose in the manual’s parts list. The hot surface ignition needs 110 volt power either way, so plan a weatherproof GFCI outlet near the cart. See more gas grills here.
Is the Magic View Window offered on this model?
Yes. Add it with the Optional Magic View Window selector above the cart button and the grill ships as the -W version listed in the Specifications tab. The glass hood panel lets you check food without lifting the lid and losing heat, and the manual recommends cleaning it with a standard glass cleaner.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
