The Saunum Air L 10 package is a floor standing electric sauna heater set for a sauna you use often. You get the heater, control, and stones in one order. Its 10 kW heater serves rooms of 283 to 494 cubic feet and needs a ceiling at least 71 inches high. The package includes the heater, the Saunum AirIQ Wi-Fi control with its power unit and door sensor, and 6 boxes of rounded sauna stones. The heater is designed and made in Estonia.
A quiet fan draws hot ceiling air down through an intake that extends toward the ceiling. It mixes that heat with cooler air near the floor and sends it back into the room low down. What size sauna does the Air L 10 package heat?
The page rates this 9.8 kW heater for 247 to 459 cubic feet with a minimum ceiling height of 71 inches. Work out length by width by height in feet, then add volume for glass doors, tile or stone walls using the Sizing Your Saunum sheet in the Manual tab, since those surfaces need more power. If the total lands near the top of the range, the manual advises the larger heater.
What is included and what is the warranty?
You get the Air L 10 heater with stone basket, telescopic hot-air intake and cap, outlet grille, cool-air intake valve, protective grill, temperature sensor and seven Himalayan salt spheres, the AirIQ Wi-Fi control with panel, wall plate, power unit and door magnet, and 265 lb of round 2 to 4 inch stones. Heater and control each carry 2 years consumer or 1 year commercial coverage; both warranty documents are linked in the Manual tab.
What circuit does it require?
240 V single phase at 41.66 A. The Specifications tab lists a 50 A breaker and number 6 conductors plus neutral and ground to the AirIQ power unit, which then feeds the heater. A licensed electrician must do the hardwiring to the NEC and local code, and per the manual the supply must not run through a GFCI breaker. The control panel mounts outside the sauna in a dry spot.
What does no more cold feet mean in practice?
A normal sauna can be over 200 F at the ceiling and under 100 F at the floor. The Air L pulls hot air down through its ceiling intake, blends it with cooler floor-level air and blows the mix out low, under the bench, so the temperature is far more even from head to toe and the air stays easier to breathe. Three fan speeds set how much air moves.
How do the Himalayan salt and aromatherapy features work?
Seven salt spheres sit in a slotted tray inside the air stream, so the blown air carries salt ions through the room; the manual calls this optional and says to inspect the spheres yearly. For aroma, the page offers sweet orange, grapefruit and eucalyptus oil sets with reservoirs under Sauna Heater Add-Ons; the tray is sized for both salt and aroma use.
How much clearance does the heater need?
The Air L manual sets the safety distances: with the solid steel body 2 inches at the sides and front, with the stainless cage body 8 inches at the sides and 10 at the front, at least 41 inches from the protective grille to the ceiling for the 10 kW model, and 20 inches clear in front of the fan outlet. Only the rear may touch the wall lining, and nothing combustible goes underneath.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit.
