Saunum AirSolo Wall: the climate device that hides inside the sauna wall
The Saunum AirSolo Wall is a climate device built inside the wall of your sauna, so only a slim stainless steel grille shows, and it works with any heater you already have. It does not heat the room; it spreads the heat more evenly. A quiet three speed fan draws the hottest air from under the ceiling, blends it with cooler, oxygen rich air near the floor, and returns the mix low in the room. This makes the lower bench as warm as the upper one and helps the steam feel softer. The stainless steel unit is 17 inches wide and 9 inches deep, with a height that adjusts from 66 to 90 inches so the intake reaches the ceiling in most rooms. It weighs 66 pounds and hangs inside the wall cavity. Seven Himalayan salt spheres sit in a tray in the air path.
It plugs into a standard 120 volt outlet and works with any electric or wood burning sauna heater. A touch switch mounted outside the hot room lets you choose the fan speed. The box holds the unit, glass air transfer module, intake grille, bottom tray, switch, salt spheres, and two wall strips for hanging it. FAQ
What is different about the AirSolo Wall compared with the wall-hung AirSolo models?
It is built to sit inside the wall behind the sauna lining rather than hang on the surface, with only a slim stainless grille showing. Its height adjusts from 66.5 to 90.5 inches so the hot-air intake can reach the ceiling in different rooms, and its speed control is a separate switch rather than a knob on the unit. The air-mixing function is the same.
Where does the speed switch go?
The Specifications tab lists a touch-sensitive switch, and the installation manual says this external switch must be mounted outside the steam and washing area, for example in the changing room next to the door. It has three touch areas for the three fan speeds; press and hold the desired speed to switch the unit on or off.
Does it work with any sauna heater?
The page states it enhances any electric sauna heater, and the Specifications tab lists allowed maximums of 194 F with an electric heater and 212 F with a wood-burning heater. The manual also notes the unit protects itself: if the air at its lower section exceeds 176 F the fan stops until the temperature drops back below the cutoff.
What electrical supply does the AirSolo Wall need?
A dedicated 120 V circuit, per the Specifications tab. The manual requires permanent wiring by a qualified electrician with overcurrent protection and a residual-current device, protective earth, and at least 16 AWG cable suited to the temperatures where it runs. The power cable enters from below and must not lie on the steam room floor.
How is the in-wall version installed?
The manual describes fitting the unit in a wall recess and securing the lining boards to the sheet metal face of the duct, then covering any open gaps with the specified aluminum tape before use. The hot-air intake telescopes according to ceiling height, the lower edge must stay at least 4 inches above the floor, and the front grille needs an unobstructed 20-inch clearance.
Why does it come with Himalayan salt?
Seven Himalayan salt balls are included and sit in the bottom tray between the fan and the discharge grille, so the moving air picks up salt ions and spreads them around the room. Use is optional; the manual says you can leave the balls out with no effect on the air-mixing function, and suggests checking their wear about once a year.
What warranty and add-ons apply?
The page lists a 2-year limited warranty for consumer use; the manual conditions it on installation by a qualified electrician and excludes the salt balls. A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
