DuraVent FasNSeal 45 Degree Elbow: a gentler turn for routing around an obstruction
The DuraVent FasNSeal 45 Degree Elbow is a stainless steel fitting that changes the direction of a vent run. Two elbows together can move the run to one side to clear an obstruction, then return it to its original direction. DuraVent rates this bend as putting less resistance on the exhaust than a 90 degree elbow. The angle is welded in place, so it cannot be adjusted. FasNSeal is DuraVent’s stainless steel vent for high efficiency gas boilers, furnaces, and water heaters, built to carry pressurized exhaust and its acidic condensate outside.
Choose a size from 3 to 16 inch on this page, measured across the inside of the vent. FasNSeal serves natural gas or propane appliances that call for a special gas vent. Their fans push the exhaust out, and the exhaust cools enough to form liquid. An arrow on each part’s label shows which way the exhaust travels. Need the double wall version?
