DuraVent FasNSeal – Severe Weather Wall-Mount Insulated Kit

Kit includes: Wall Thimble w/ Termination Tee, Adjustable 90° Elbow, and Universal Appliance Adapter w/Condensate Drain and Back Draft Preventer. Use to vent wall mounted boilers or tankless water heaters. Use in areas of extreme wet and cold weather. Designed to prevent appliance freeze-up while maintaining an obstruction free exhaust. Available in 4” vent diameters, compatible with most 4” exhaust gas appliances. Add a 90° Elbow and Vent Length on the outside of the house to clear high snow lines.

Overview FasNSeal

All FasNSeal® (single-wall) vent lengths and components feature patented built-in mechanical locking band and triple-lipped directional gaskets. All pipes and components are engineered with smooth clean welds located 90° from mechanical locking bands. This construction feature allows for ease of installation. The ½” air space between the inner and outer wall on FasNSeal® W2 helps to reduce the clearance to combustibles in addition to creating a heat shield for additional safety.

All FasNSeal® components which come in contact with exhaust gases and condensates are now silicone free. This important design and manufacturing feature greatly reduces the chances of system breakdown and failure. The main problems with silicone are there are too many adhesion factors which are very difficult to control and the process of binding similar materials with an epoxy, which can weaken the bond over time.

Applications

FasNSeal is for use with natural gas or propane Categories II, III and IV appliances or Canada’s Type BH Gas Vent Systems, having a maximum rated operating temperature of 480°F and a maximum positive pressure of 15″ (FasNSeal Flex 6″) water column. FasNSeal can be used on a wide range of applications, including: high efficiency gas boilers, furnaces, booster heaters, pool heaters, water heaters, unit heaters, or tankless water heaters.

Open and inspect the order while the delivery driver is present. If delivery driver does not provide sufficient time to do so, please notate the delivery receipt.

By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage or missing items, you confirm that your order arrived complete and in excellent condition.

Record any damage or missing pieces directly on the delivery receipt.

Do not discard damaged item(s) or any original packaging. For severe damage, write “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Report any damage within two business days, including delivery details and photos showing the issue

Damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return them will result in a charge to the original payment method.
