The Fire Magic 30 inch Patio Post Mount Electric Grill with Dual Control is a 30 inch post mount electric grill. Post mount means the grill head sits on a stainless steel post with a shelf on each side, on a base plate that bolts to a patio or a deck. Fire Magic builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. Electric means it heats with elements under the grates, with no gas line and no flame, so it can go where gas is not allowed. It gives you about 480 square inches of cooking space plus a warming rack.
The grates are Diamond Sear grids, thick stainless steel bars with a flat top for clean sear marks. It needs its own 240 volt circuit, so plan on an electrician. Dual control means two heating zones with their own thermostats, so one side can sear at 700 degrees while the other holds warm. A touch screen sets the heat, reads the included meat probe, and connects to your phone through the app. Keep it out of open rain, since it is electric. How tall is the patio post electric grill?
The P6 patio post is the standard-height version, 37 inches to the shelf tops per the manual. The Fire Magic spec guide lists the EL500s at about 43 1/2 inches with the lid closed and 57 7/8 inches open, with a 30 1/4 inch base plate, 23 3/4 inches deep and 56 1/8 inches wide across the two rigid shelves.
What wiring does it need?
A dedicated 240 volt, 30 amp minimum single-phase GFCI circuit breaker. The manual lets the feed come up through the post base from underground or through external conduit into the junction box behind the post’s rear access plate, using 10 AWG or larger wire rated for 221 degrees F, with a disconnect the cook can reach.
How is the base fixed to the patio?
Before use the base plate must be anchored to a hard, level surface; the manual includes a hardware kit with lag shields and lag screws and warns that anchoring is required to prevent tipping. If you would rather bury a post, Fire Magic lists in-ground versions separately.
What does dual control do?
It splits the grid into two thermostatic zones with a center divider, so you can sear on one side at up to 700 degrees F and hold on the other. Settings come from the touch screen or, as the page notes, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi control from a smartphone, and a meat probe is included.
Can I add the window?

How much grilling space does it have?
The main grid is 30 by 16 inches, or 480 square inches, with a 30 by 5 inch removable warming rack above it under a double-walled 304 stainless lid. Patented Diamond Sear cooking grids spread the heat, and the grill preheats in less than 15 minutes.
Can it be left out in the weather?
It is an outdoor grill, but the manual says never to grill in open rain or standing water because it is electric, and never to use charcoal in it. Cover it between uses and keep the drip tray in place.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit.
