Superior Granite Ridge: vent-free gas logs with a random, wandering flame
The Superior Granite Ridge is a vent-free gas log set that fits in the fireplace you already have. Most gas logs make a fixed row of flame. This one has a pan burner that sends flames up in random spots over a flickering ember bed. The fire looks different every time you glance at it. The concrete logs are hand crafted with bark and split wood detail. It comes in lengths of 18, 24, or 30 inches and puts out up to 39,000 BTU.
Vent-free means you can run it with the damper closed, so nearly all the heat stays in the room. Pick the size on the page. The burner is not included. On the page you pick the log size, the fuel, and the burner. Order it for natural gas or propane. The millivolt burner needs no electricity and is remote ready. The electronic burner comes with a touchscreen remote with a thermostat and three flame heights. You can add a wall switch or a thermostat remote to the millivolt version. What is the Nature-Flame burner on the Granite Ridge set?
A pan burner that produces random, natural-looking yellow flames and a flickering ember bed rather than a fixed row of flames, under hand-crafted concrete Granite Ridge logs with high-definition bark and split-wood detail. It is heater rated at 99 percent efficiency and comes in 18, 24 and 30 in sizes on the Size selector.
Is the burner included?
The burner is a required pick on the Burner selector after size and fuel: Millivolt (remote-ready, standing pilot) or Electronic with the EcoFlow touchscreen remote (manual and thermostat modes, on/off and three flame heights). The 30 in logs sit on the 24 in burner, so its options are labelled that way. The price shown is the log set.
How much heat and what fireplace size?
30,000 down to 21,000 BTU for the 18 in set and 39,000 down to 28,000 BTU for the 24 and 30 in sets. Minimum fireplace width is 26, 29 or 33 in, height 17 or 19 in and depth 15 in per the Specifications tab. The Nature-Flame Smart Sheet linked in the Manuals tab gives the rear widths and burner sizes too.
What warranty does it carry?
A 5 year limited warranty, per both the Specifications tab and the Nature-Flame Smart Sheet, which is longer than the 3 years on Superior’s other vent-free log series. Terms are the manufacturer’s, so keep the burner manual and proof of purchase.
Vent-free or vented?
Either. Vent-free with the damper closed keeps all the heat in the room; the set is also listed for vented use with the Damper Clamp (required if vented) from the Accessories row. Local codes decide whether vent-free operation is allowed. Browse other Superior gas logs to compare flame styles.
Natural gas or propane?
Both, on the Fuel Type selector; the Burner row shows the matching version at the same price. The Accessories row adds an on/off remote, thermostatic remote, touch screen remote, wall thermostat, wall switch, volcanic stone, floor media, the damper clamp, a gas appliance installation kit and a black fireplace hood.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. Sizing and heating need to be figured out, as does the building, but we have always had a helpful partner on our side. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
