Why choose a natural gas fire pit?

Have a gas fitter or plumber run the line before your pit arrives. Check the manual for line requirements and clearances. The burner, pan, hose, fittings and lava rock come included. An optional key valve provides a shut-off at the pit.

Match lighting is standard; most offer electronic ignition. Without a line, choose a propane fire pit or a design with a hidden propane tank.

Tables, bowls and burner kits

Choose a fire pit table for a tabletop around the flame, a fire bowl for a low, open shape, or a pool fire bowl for a pool or spa wall. Fire-and-water bowls combine both elements.

FAQ

Can you use natural gas for a fire pit?

Yes. Every pit here can be ordered for natural gas. A gas fitter runs the line, which connects through the included hose and fittings. An optional key valve provides shut-off at the pit. There is no tank to refill.

Can you convert a propane fire pit to natural gas?

Many models allow conversion, but a gas fitter must change the fittings and remove the propane regulator. Some models use only one fuel. Choose your fuel before ordering so your pit is set up for natural gas from the start.

Is a natural gas fire pit safe on a wood deck or under a covered patio?

Most gas units suit decks because the flame sits in a pan without embers. Your deck must support the weight and accommodate the gas line. Check the manual for deck suitability, overhang clearances and airflow requirements, or call us.
