The Fire Magic Echelon E660i Built In Grill with Analog Thermometer is a 30 inch built in gas grill from Fire Magic’s top line. Built in means it slides into a cutout in an outdoor kitchen island, so it has no legs of its own. Fire Magic builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. Three cast stainless steel burners give 75,000 BTUs, and they are so thick that Fire Magic guarantees them for life. It gives you about 660 square inches of cooking space plus a warming rack.
The grates are Diamond Sear grids, thick stainless steel bars with a flat top for clean sear marks, and flavor grids under them turn drippings into smoke and keep flare ups down. The double walled hood holds heat like an oven, and halogen lights inside light the grates after dark. Push a knob in and a glow plug lights the burner, so plan for an outlet in the island. A dial in the hood shows the oven heat at a glance. An infrared back burner at the rear runs the included rotisserie, so a chicken or a roast turns and bastes itself. What is the difference between this analog E660i and the digital one?
The hood carries a large analog thermometer with a polished bezel instead of the under-glass digital display, so there is no touchscreen, app monitoring or meat probe. The rest is identical: black glass panel with back-lit comfort touch knobs, cast stainless burners, Diamond Sear grids, two halogen lamps, the infrared backburner and the ball-bearing drip tray.
How much cooking area and heat do you get?
The primary grid is 30 by 22 inches, or 660 square inches, heated by 75,000 BTUs from three cast 304 stainless steel burners weighing up to 12 pounds each. A 30 by 8 inch warming rack sits above, and the recessed 11,000 BTU infrared backburner is covered by a stainless plate when not in use.
What cutout does this 30-inch built-in need?
The opening is 31 1/4 inches wide, 23 1/2 inches deep and 11 1/2 inches high, with a 33 inch control panel width in the Fire Magic spec guide. Use a non-combustible countertop; a combustible enclosure needs the insulating liner the guide lists for the 30-inch grills, griddles and pizza ovens. Keep 18 inches from combustibles per the manual.
How is it lit, and what if there is no power?
Press a knob for about five seconds until the igniter glows inside the lighting tube, then turn to HI LIGHT. That needs a weatherproof 120 volt GFCI outlet, which also runs the two interior lights and rotisserie motor. Without power, the manual describes holding a long lighter or match at the lighting tube while turning the knob.
Does the rotisserie come with the grill?
Yes. The manual linked in the Catalog tab lists the super heavy-duty rotisserie motor and rod among the E660i’s standard parts, paired with the built-in infrared backburner. The motor slides onto a bracket on the right side; the manual warns not to run it in the rain or leave it mounted between uses. See other Echelon models here.
Can I get the hood window?
Yes. The Optional Magic View Window selector on this page adds the ceramic glass panel so you can check food without lifting the hood; the price difference is on the selector. Choosing it changes the model number to E660i-9EAN-W or E660i-9EAP-W, as listed in the Specifications tab.
Natural gas or propane?
Both are available; pick one on the Gas Type selector before adding to cart. E660I-9EAN is natural gas and E660I-9EAP is propane. Order the correct fuel rather than planning a conversion, and if the cylinder sits inside the island follow the manual’s propane ventilation and cylinder-securing rules.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
