The Plunge Supplier GD-004 All in One Cold Plunge: the narrowest all in one tub in the line
The Plunge Supplier GD-004 All in One Cold Plunge is a one person acrylic tub for indoor or sheltered outdoor use. Step in and lie down. It measures 78 by 32 by 28 inches and holds 100 gallons. All in one means the chiller and heater are built into the tub body, so you fill it, plug it in, and start. It runs on a standard 120 volt household outlet, so no electrician is needed.
The 1 horsepower unit cools or heats the water from 37 to 107 degrees Fahrenheit. A paper cartridge filters the water. Ozone, a gas that helps clean the water, reduces the chemicals needed. Thermal covers, two cartridges, and a filter wrench come in the box. An underwater light changes color. Set the temperature through the Tuya or Smart Life phone app. Choose the digital control panel or pay more for touchscreen control on this page. Prefer sitting upright? FAQ
Does this all-in-one cold plunge need plumbing or an electrician?
No. The GD-004F arrives pre-assembled with the chiller built into the cabinet. You fill it with a garden hose, plug it into a standard 120 V household outlet and let the built-in self-priming system take over, so there is no drain line, pump room or hard-wiring to arrange. Use a grounded outlet and follow local electrical code for any outdoor placement.
Can it heat the water like a hot tub as well as chill it?
Yes. The integrated 1 HP unit both cools and heats, and the Specifications tab lists a working range of 37 F up to 107 F. That lets you run true cold-therapy sessions in the high 30s, then switch the same tub to a warm soak for contrast bathing without adding any separate heater.
How big is the GD-004F and how much water does it hold?
It measures 78 inches long, 32 inches wide and 28 inches tall, holds about 100 gallons when filled to the max line and is rated for one person. Expect roughly 397 lb empty and about 1,235 lb filled, so check that a deck, balcony or upstairs floor can carry that load before you set it in place.
Is there a touchscreen option, or is the control panel fixed?
The standard build ships with the digital control panel. If you prefer a touchscreen, pick Touchscreen Control on the Control Type selector above the add-to-cart button and the upgrade is added to your order. Either way you can also adjust temperature and schedules from the Tuya or Smart Life app over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
How does the water stay clean between changes?
Built-in ozone disinfection works alongside the paper-core filter system to keep the water clear, and the included thermal covers keep debris out while you are not plunging. When the filter media needs refreshing, a replaceable filter cartridge 6-pack is offered on the Accessories selector on this page, so you can stock spares with the tub.
Can I keep it outdoors on a patio?
Yes. The Features tab describes a durable, weather-proof build for indoor or outdoor use and whisper-quiet operation, so it can live on a deck or patio without disturbing neighbours. A covered spot out of direct sun and rain will help the finish and the chiller last longer. Browse the rest of the all-in-one cold plunge range for other sizes.
Is there a warranty, and what does it cover?
Yes. The Plunge Supplier covers the tub for 5 years and the chiller and its accessories, such as the compressor, heat exchanger, pump, controller, screen and fan, for 1 year, against defects that are not caused by misuse. Support is handled with free spare parts plus repair guidance rather than unit swaps. The Warranty tab on this page explains how a claim works.
