The American Made Grills Estate Freedom 30 Gas Grill is a 30 inch built in gas grill. Built in means it slides into a cutout in an outdoor kitchen island, so it has no legs of its own. It is for cooks who want the Estate grill without paying for extras they will not use. American Made Grills builds it in the USA from 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors. Two stainless steel U shaped burners give 64,000 BTUs over about 755 square inches.
The grates are thick stainless steel bars that hold heat for clean sear marks. The double walled hood holds heat like an oven, and lights inside the hood and over each knob let you cook after dark. Stainless steel dividers between the burners keep the heat in zones, so one side can sear while the other stays low. A bed of briquettes over the burners spreads the heat evenly and turns drippings into smoke. An infrared back burner at the rear is ready for a rotisserie. Freedom means you pay for the grill alone and add only what you want: the rotisserie kit, the sear burner, the griddle plate, the smoker tray, and the red brass burners are each an option on the page. The standard configuration is 26,000 BTU stainless U-tube burners backed by a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner, for 64,000 BTUs total. Cast red brass H-burners are a Freedom To Choose item rather than the default: pick the Estate Red Brass Burners option under Optional Items on this page if you want them, and otherwise the stainless set ships fitted.
Can a smaller outdoor kitchen island still take this built-in head?
Yes. The Specifications tab lists 28-3/4 inches wide, 21-5/8 inches deep and 10-1/4 inches high, and links the AMG cutout sheet so a builder can frame the opening precisely before delivery. Even with the tighter footprint you still get 755 square inches of cooking surface and 64,000 total BTUs behind the hood.
Does the grill body support rotisserie cooking even if I skip the kit?
Yes. A 12,000 BTU infrared back burner and built-in rotisserie spit storage are standard equipment on the grill itself. The spinning hardware – a rotisserie kit rated for 100 pounds – is a Freedom To Choose item: select Rotisserie Kit under Optional Items on this page and it arrives with the grill, ready to use from the first cook.
What sits between the flames and the food on this grill?
An easy-clean briquette system is standard: a bed of briquettes rides above the burners, beneath the heavy-duty 9mm cooking grates. Together with the heat zone separators that divide the firebox, it lets sections of the cooking surface hold steady, even heat instead of cooking directly over bare burner flames.
Does anything come along for upkeep and protection?
Two items ship with every order: a weather-proof vinyl grill head cover and a cleaning care kit, so protection and basic upkeep are handled from day one. That pairing is worth checking for when you compare bbq grills at this level, where covers and care supplies are often separate purchases.
Do you give up features by choosing the 30-inch size?

What does BTU mean for grills?
BTU – British Thermal Unit – measures how much heat a burner can deliver per hour. On this 30-inch grill the stainless U-tube main burners are rated at 26,000 BTUs each, the infrared back burner adds 12,000, and the total is 64,000 BTUs. Higher numbers buy faster recovery and more headroom, but grate area and heat control matter just as much as the raw figure.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
