The SaunaLife G11 is an outdoor sauna for up to eight people with a changing room and a separate sauna room. It is a long barrel built from thermo-spruce, which is spruce baked in a kiln so it shrugs off moisture and weather. A porch runs across the front with benches, a table, and a nook for firewood. It takes up about 157 by 91 inches of yard. The changing room has a round window and a lockable wooden door. A bronze tinted glass door leads into the sauna room, where L shaped benches on two levels seat the group. A window in the back opens for fresh air.
The kit includes the staves, both sets of benches, the porch benches and table, both doors, all the windows, the steel bands, and the shingle roof kit. The heater is not included, so pick one of the 3 electric heater packages on the page, from 9.6 to 10.5 kW; each comes with its control. A bucket and ladle, the SaunaZone, and wood care oils are optional on the page. The G11 is delivered by freight, and you are responsible for unloading it with a forklift or crane. What is the two-room layout like?
A tempered bronze glass divider wall and door split the structure into two 91 by 76 inch rooms: one is the sauna proper, the other a lounge and changing room, so you can dress, cool down, and warm up without stepping outside. It is the layout to pick when winter use or guest comfort matters most.
How many people can it host?
The sauna room seats up to eight bathers on two-tier, L-shaped benching, and the front room adds its own Thermo-Spruce benches for resting between rounds. With the porch seating outside, the whole structure comfortably handles a large family or a group of friends across a full sauna evening.
Do the rooms get natural light?
Plenty. A 35-inch round window sits in the front wall, the back wall has an openable 15 by 26 inch window for fresh air, and the lockable wooden exterior door carries three decorative windows. Between them and the glass divider wall, daylight reaches both rooms rather than just the entry.

What is the porch area for?
The shrouded front terrace runs the full 157-inch width at 22 inches deep and comes with benches and a table of thermally treated wood, a charming spot to relax before or after a session. There is even a dedicated firewood storage space built in, useful if you run a wood-burning stove.
What should I plan for delivery and setup?
This is a substantial building: about 3,200 pounds, shipping on a 196.8-inch pallet by flatbed truck, and the customer is responsible for offloading with a forklift or crane. Is it secure when not in use?
Yes, the spruce-framed exterior door is lockable, so the whole structure closes up like a small outbuilding. The wooden door’s three windows and the round front window still let you see in, but heater controls and accessories stay behind a lock. A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
