Summerset Quest 30: a two burner grill with the extras in the box
The Summerset Quest 30 is a 30 inch built in gas grill. It drops into a cutout in an outdoor kitchen island, so it has no legs of its own. The Quest line is for the cook who wants everything in one box. The body is 304 stainless steel, the grade that holds up best outdoors, and Summerset backs it with a lifetime warranty. It has two stainless steel tube burners at 18,000 BTU each. A 13,000 BTU infrared back burner at the rear is for rotisserie cooking, and the rotisserie kit comes in the box.
It lights with electronic ignition and has a match port as a backup. A strip of LED light runs down the front, and a light over each knob turns red when that burner is on. Halogen lights inside the hood light the grates after dark, so plan for an outlet nearby. Thick 8 millimeter grates hold heat for sear marks, and ceramic briquettes under them spread the heat and burn off drippings. Heat zone separators are walls between the burners, so one side can sear hot while the other stays low. In the box you also get a drop in griddle plate, a smoker box, a rib rack, a three position warming rack, and a vinyl cover for the grill head. Can I smoke ribs on the Quest 30?
Yes — it ships with a smoker box and a multi-position rib rack. Load the box with soaked wood chips over one lit 18,000 BTU burner, rack the ribs over the unlit side, and hold roughly 250 F for a few hours. The heat-zone separators keep the indirect side genuinely low and steady.
What makes the drip tray different on the Quest?
Two things: the Quest 30’s drip tray is removable and dishwasher-safe, which turns the worst grill chore into a rack-and-wash job, and it doubles as storage for the warming rack when the rack is not in use. A small touch, but it keeps loose parts from wandering off between cooks.
Is the Quest 30 a good fit for a smaller outdoor kitchen?
It is the most compact grill in the Quest line, so you get the fully-loaded Quest package — griddle plate, smoker box, rib rack, rotisserie kit, and cover — without needing a huge island. For a modest outdoor kitchen footprint, it packs more capability per inch than anything else we carry.
What is the waterfall LED lighting?
It is exterior strip lighting that cascades down the Quest 30’s front panel, paired with bezel halos that shift from white to red to show burner state at a glance. Beyond looking sharp after sunset, it is a practical safety cue that a burner was accidentally left running before you head inside.
What can I cook on the included griddle plate?
The stainless drop-in griddle plate sits over the grates and opens up smash burgers, fajitas, fried rice, shrimp, and delicate fish that would fall through the bars. Because the Quest 30’s burners run 18,000 BTUs, the plate reaches a proper sizzle fast. Swap it in whenever the menu calls for a flat-top.
Can this grill handle rotisserie chicken?
Yes, straight out of the box: the Quest 30 includes a rotisserie kit with a 40-pound motor, and its 13,000 BTU angled infrared back burner throws even radiant heat onto the turning bird. Expect a 4 to 5 pound chicken to take about 75 to 90 minutes with the hood closed.
Do I need to buy a grill cover separately?
No — a weatherproof vinyl grill head cover comes with the Quest 30. Use it whenever the grill sits idle, even though the body is #304 stainless; a cover keeps pollen, hard-water spots, and debris off the grates and lighting hardware and preserves the finish season after season.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
