Superior WRT3920: a compact clean face EPA wood burning fireplace with a wide open view of the fire
The Superior WRT3920 is a compact indoor wood burning fireplace that works as a real heater. EPA certified means it burns wood so cleanly and completely that it counts as a heater, not just a fireplace. The sealed, insulated firebox has two cubic feet of space and takes logs up to 18 inches. The face has no louvers, so stone or tile can run right up to the door and the glass shows the whole fire. Stacked brick panels line the inside, with a cast iron log retainer in front. It puts out up to 55,000 BTU and heats up to 1,500 square feet.
You control the fire with an air lever, and an air boost helps get the wood burning quickly at startup. Long, steady burns mean fewer trips to the woodpile. It comes with a steel door with ceramic glass and a cool touch handle, a blower, and the outside air kit. The chimney pipe is sold separately, so ask us to quote the run. What is the WRT3920?
A compact high-efficiency EPA-certified wood-burning fireplace with a clean-face design: a 2.0 cu ft insulated firebox that takes logs up to 18 in, rated 55,000 BTU and heating up to 1,500 sq ft per the Features tab, with advanced combustion control for extended burns. Framing is 36 in wide, 37-3/4 in high and 22 in deep.
What is included?
The insulated outside air kit (required for use), a 175 CFM blower for gentle air distribution, stacked textured refractory panels with an integrated ash lip, a decorative cast iron log retainer and a steel door with ceramic glass and a cool-touch handle. The Snap-Pak chimney is quoted separately.
Which surround should I choose?
The Surrounds selector offers a black perimeter trim for a simple finished edge or a black cast surround for a decorative frame; both are optional because the clean-face design can be finished flush with your wall material. Choose the perimeter trim for a modern look and the cast surround for a traditional one.
Can I duct heat to another room?
The Damper (BISBD) selector lists 5 in flex duct in 15 ft or 25 ft and a 120 V heat/cool thermostat for the forced-air system whose instructions are linked in the Manuals tab. Ask us to confirm the kit parts for this model before ordering the duct. See more Superior wood fireplaces.
How is it vented?
Through the IHP Snap-Pak chimney system referenced by the Smart Sheet in the Manuals tab, sized by a qualified installer from the installation manual linked there. The outside air connection is required, and the manual sets clearances and the hearth requirement.
How does it compare with the WCT4920?
Same 2.0 cu ft EPA firebox class and 55,000 BTU rating, but the WRT3920 is the clean-face version with a single steel door, 175 CFM blower and an 18 in log limit, while the WCT4920 adds louvered or clean facades, several door styles, a 200 CFM blower and a 19 in log limit. The WRT3920 frames smaller at 36 in wide.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
