Luna fire and water bowl: deep half-sphere with a wide copper spill
The Outdoor Plus Luna fire and water bowl is a deep concrete half-sphere, 30 or 38 inches across, handmade in the USA in 18 colors. Glass-fiber concrete resembles stone at a fraction of its weight. Central flames top black lava rock; a wide front copper scupper spills a broad water sheet down its face.
Order it for natural gas or propane. Light it with a match, or add electronic ignition and start it with a button. Pan, burner, copper scupper, hose, and lava rock are included; key valve, propane tank pedestal, canvas cover, bullet burner upgrade, fire glass, and burner ornaments are optional. Want the same bowl without a burner? Try the Luna water bowl. The Luna fire and water bowl ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

FAQ
What sets the Luna apart from other fire and water bowls?
Its proportions – the Luna is a wide, shallow round with a low profile that hugs the pool wall, so the eye goes to the flame and the falling water rather than the vessel. In GFRC it reads like a smooth stone dish that happens to be on fire.
What sizes does the Luna come in?
Two: 30-inch (OPT-LUNFW30) and 38-inch (OPT-LUNFW38). The 38-inch is a proper centerpiece over a spa or raised wall, while paired 30-inch Lunas flanking a water feature is a classic symmetrical layout. Both are built to order for propane or natural gas.
What is GFRC, and what colors are offered?
Glass fiber reinforced concrete – concrete cast around glass fiber for stone-grade looks at liftable weight, which is what lets a 38-inch Luna sit on a bond beam without heroic engineering. Eighteen finishes run from Ash and Limestone to Slate and Vanilla, matching the wider concrete fire pit palette.
What does the Luna fire and water bowl ship with?
Fire pan and plate, burner, copper scupper with a 3/4-inch male connection, nipple, whistle-free gas hose, gas orifice, and lava rock. Choose match lit or electronic ignition at order, with optional key valve installation for a removable-key gas control at the bowl.
Can the Luna run fire and water at the same time?
Yes – and separately too. The scupper draws from your pool plumbing while the burner draws from its own gas line, each with its own control, so the Luna covers fountain duty, fire-only evenings, and the combined effect without any mode being mandatory.
Who installs a Luna on an existing pool?
A pool remodel contractor – retrofitting means opening deck to route the water feed and gas line to the wall, then anchoring the Luna level. It is very doable; it is simply cheaper during construction, so if the pool is still on paper, add the bowl to the plans now.
Can this gas feature get rained on all season?
Yes – the Luna lives uncovered over a pool by design, and rain will not harm the GFRC or the gas hardware. Let the burner area dry before lighting after a storm, and in freeze country have the water line blown out with the rest of the pool at closing.
