The Plunge Supplier GD-8106 Cold Plunge Tub with Chiller is an acrylic kit for one person. You climb in and lie down for a cold soak, indoors or in a sheltered outdoor spot. Lengths are 67, 71, or 73 inches, with widths of 32 to 33 inches and heights of 24 to 27 inches. Each holds 92 gallons. The chiller is a separate box that sits beside the tub and connects with the hoses in the kit. It runs on a standard 120 volt household outlet, so no electrician is needed.
The 1 horsepower chiller cools and heats from 38 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit. A paper filter catches debris, while ozone treatment cuts the chemicals needed. Set the temperature on the control panel or phone app. A color changing underwater light is included. The kit comes with thermal covers, hose connections, two filter cartridges, and a filter wrench. What are the three size options on the GD-8106?
The Size selector offers 67, 71 and 73 inch lengths. The Specifications tab lists them as roughly 67 x 32 x 24, 71 x 32 x 24 and 73 x 33 x 27 inches, so the largest shell is also a little deeper. All three are rated at about 92 gallons and one person, so the choice is mainly about stretch-out room.
Is the chiller a built-in unit or a separate machine?
It is a separate IA-10HC 1 HP chiller that sits next to the tub and connects through the supplied hoses, connectors and seals, which is why this product is listed as a kit. The upside is the tub itself stays simple and the chiller can be positioned where it has the best airflow. A Promax chiller upgrade is offered on the page.
Can it run from a normal household outlet?
Yes. The chiller spec sheet lists a 110 V supply at about 1,150 W input for the 1 hp model, which is within an ordinary grounded household circuit. Use GFCI protection where the manual or local code requires it, and avoid extension cords that are not rated for the load.
Does it heat the water as well as chill it?
Yes. The chiller is a dual-function unit, and the Specifications tab lists a range of 38 F to 108 F. That covers ice-bath sessions at the low end and a warm soak at the top, so you can alternate hot and cold in the same tub. Keep the thermal covers on to hold temperature between sessions.
How is the water kept fresh?
The chiller pushes water through a 20-micron filter and built-in ozone sterilization, which the Features tab says keeps it clean with minimal maintenance and longer gaps between changes. Two cartridges and a wrench are included; a replacement 6-pack is on the Accessories selector. Compare the other tub and chiller sets if you want an oval shape.
How much does the GD-8106 weigh?
The Specifications tab lists about 400 lb for the empty tub and roughly 1,170 lb filled to the max line. The chiller sits alongside rather than adding to the tub’s footprint. Confirm your floor or deck rating first, and use two people to move the empty tub into position.
Is the acrylic easy to look after?
The Features tab describes high-quality acrylic that is easy to clean and suits indoor or outdoor settings. Wipe the shell with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, keep the covers on between plunges and let the filter and ozone system handle the water. Avoid harsh solvents or scouring pads on the surface.

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit.
