MCO Pools Capri 14 Fiberglass Pool: soft curved seats with room to swim
The MCO Pools Capri 14 Fiberglass Pool is a new model with soft curved seating and room to swim. It measures 14 by 30 feet, with a bottom that slopes from 3 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 11 inches deep. The seats are molded into the shell, giving you a place to sit when you are not swimming. The floor, walls, seats, and steps arrive as one piece with the color already on. Your builder sets a finished shell rather than building the pool on site. This is a pool for swimming, not diving.
The price is for the shell only; your pool builder adds the pump, filter, heater, coping, and decking. Choose Caribbean Blue, Cancun White, or Eclipse Gray on the page at no extra charge. You can also add a Santorini Spa or Mykonos spa shell to the same delivery. Prefer a round tanning ledge? See the MCO Pools Maui Fiberglass Pool. The MCO Pools Capri 14 Fiberglass Pool comes from My Cozy Outdoors with delivery included within 250 miles of Rio Medina, Texas, No Sales Tax (except WY), and the MCO limited lifetime warranty.

FAQ
How deep are fiberglass pools?
Each shell has a fixed molded profile. The Capri 14, a new model, is 14 by 30 ft and slopes from 3 ft 7 in at the shallow end to 5 ft 11 in at the deep end, so one end is comfortable for standing and the other is close to 6 ft for swimming. Treat it as a non-diving pool and follow local safety and barrier codes. See all our fiberglass pools.
How much does a fiberglass pool cost?
The Capri 14’s page price is the shell in your choice of three shades at no extra charge. Freight from Rio Medina, Texas, is free within 250 miles and billed per mile beyond that at the Shipping tab rate, confirmed in your quote before you order. Pump, filter, heater, excavation, coping and decking are priced by your builder, and sales tax applies only to Wyoming.
Do fiberglass pools have liners?
No. The Capri 14 is a solid six-layer laminate: gelcoat with diamond flake finish on the swimming surface, a clear UV protection coat, a vinylester barrier against osmosis, resin with chopped fiberglass, woven fiberglass with a Nidacore honeycomb core, and a resin base layer. There is no liner to stretch, patch or replace and no plaster to resurface.
How long does it take to install a fiberglass pool?
The shell is guaranteed to deliver within 4 to 5 weeks and arrives finished, so the builder sets the one-piece 30 ft Capri 14 by crane instead of forming a pool on site. The rest of the schedule, excavation, plumbing, backfill and decking, is your builder’s, so ask for a timeline with the quote. If you add a spa from the selector, it ships in the same delivery.
Are fiberglass pools cheaper than concrete?
Up front, the Capri 14’s shell price and freight are fixed before you order, while a concrete pool is priced by the job. Over time the linked brochure says fiberglass needs about 30 percent less maintenance and chlorine, skips rebar, plaster, gunite and shotcrete during installation, and never needs resurfacing, which is where the ongoing savings come from.
Can you drain a fiberglass pool for winter?
No. The warranty requires the Capri 14 to remain full of water at all times and is voided by unauthorized draining or by groundwater collecting around the shell, which can lift it. Winterize with the water in place: balance it, protect the equipment and lower the level only as far as your pool professional advises, and keep runoff away from the pool area.
