Superior Boulder Mountain: vent-free gas logs with flame in the back, glow in the middle, embers in front
The Superior Boulder Mountain is a vent-free gas log set that fits in the fireplace you already have. The burner rises from front to back, giving you three layers of fire. Yellow flames dance behind the logs, the center log glows, and a bed of embers flickers in front. The concrete logs are molded from real timber, with bark and split wood detail. The logs come in lengths of 18, 24, or 30 inches. Pick the size on the page. It puts out up to 39,000 BTU.
Vent-free means you can run it with the damper closed, so nearly all the heat stays in the room. The burner is not included. On the page you pick the log size, the fuel, and the burner. Order it for natural gas or propane. The millivolt burner needs no electricity and is remote ready. The variable burner comes with a remote that sets five flame heights. What makes the Boulder Mountain set a Glow-Ramp series?
Three areas of flame: dancing yellow flames at the rear, a glowing center ceramic fiber log and vibrant glowing embers at the front, from a ramped burner that gives the fire depth. The hand-crafted concrete logs are molded from real timber with high-definition bark and split-wood detail, in 18, 24 and 30 in lengths on the Size selector.
Is the burner included?
The burner is a required pick on the Burner selector after size and fuel: Millivolt (remote-ready, standing pilot), Variable with the ProFlame remote included (five flame heights, thermostat mode), or Electronic with the EcoFlow touchscreen remote. The 30 in logs sit on the 24 in burner, which is why its options are labelled that way.
What fireplace size do I need?
The Specifications tab lists a minimum fireplace width of 26, 29 or 32 in, a height of 17, 21 or 21 in and a depth of 14-1/2 in for the 18, 24 and 30 in sets. It is heater rated at 99 percent efficiency for vent-free use and also listed for vented use with the damper clamp from the Accessories row.
How much heat does it give?
For the 18 in set, 28,000 down to 21,000 BTU on the millivolt burner and 30,000 down to 21,000 BTU on the electronic burner; the 24 and 30 in sets run 39,000 down to 25,000 BTU, per the Specifications tab and Superior’s vent-free logs brochure. Vent-free, nearly all of that reaches the room, so size it with the burner manual’s ventilation-air calculation. See more ventless gas fireplaces.
Natural gas or propane?
Both: the Fuel Type selector switches the burner rows between natural gas and propane versions at the same price, so the set ships for your fuel. The Accessories row adds remotes, a wall thermostat, an on/off switch, volcanic stone, floor media, a black fireplace hood and a gas appliance installation kit.
Does it work without electricity?
The millivolt burner does: its standing pilot needs no household power, so it keeps heating in an outage. The Variable and Electronic burners are controlled by their included remotes; check the burner manual linked in the Manuals tab for their power requirements before relying on them as backup heat.

A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We debated it for a while, but after renovating our house, we pulled the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

Norse Steam, and specifically Maya, were extremely helpful as I was making the decision for our Sauna. I was able to get all of the necessary details to make a decision as construction was happening in my backyard to make space for it.
We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great Sauna & Purchase Experience
Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
