Roma Water Bowl in Concrete: a fluted round bowl with a copper spill, 24 or 36 inches
The Outdoor Plus Roma water bowl is a fluted, urn-shaped concrete bowl on its own pedestal foot that pours water from a copper scupper at the front. Choose 24 or 36 inches across. Handmade in the USA, its glass-fiber concrete looks like carved stone at a fraction of the weight and comes in 18 colors.
The copper scupper and a 1.5 inch smooth-flow fitting are included; a canvas cover is optional. Want flame in the same bowl? The Roma fire and water bowl adds a gas burner. The Roma water bowl ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

FAQ
What gives the Roma Water Bowl its distinctive stance?
The pedestal. The 24-inch Roma sits on a slender 9-inch base and the 36-inch on an 18-inch base rising 16 inches tall, so both read as raised chalices rather than resting bowls. Water spilling from that elevated rim is the Roma’s whole signature.
What are the Roma’s sizes and specs?
Two GFRC rounds: OPT-ROMWO24 at 24 inches wide and 10 high, and OPT-ROMWO36 at 36 wide and 16 high, both flowing 7 to 10 gallons per minute through a copper scupper fed by a 1.5-inch Smooth Flow fitting.
How many colors does the Roma come in?
Eighteen GFRC finishes, from pale Ash, Limestone, and Rustic White through mid-tone Chestnut and Coffee to Black, with metallics between. The Roma’s goblet form shows its color on both bowl and pedestal, so the finish choice carries more of the design than usual.
Does the Roma work beside a swimming pool?
Yes, it is built for bond beams and raised walls, returning pool water through its scupper. The Roma’s taller pedestal profile makes it especially effective where you want the bowl silhouette, not just the spill, visible above the coping line from across the pool.
Who should set and plumb the Roma?
A pool contractor or landscape plumber: level the base, connect the 1.5-inch fitting to a recirculating feature line, and trim to a clean pour at the balancing valve. GFRC keeps even the 36-inch Roma manageable, so installation is standard feature work.
What is the Roma’s winter routine?
Drain bowl and feed line before the first hard freeze and let it stand dry; emptied GFRC shrugs off cold seasons in place. The pedestal needs no special treatment; as with every water bowl, only trapped water in plumbing ever causes freeze damage.
Can I pair the Roma with fire features?
Classically, yes: elevated water at one point of the pool, flame at another. Set a pool fire bowl opposite your Roma, or run twin Romas with fire between them; the Roma stays water-only, so the gas side lives entirely in the fire vessel.
