The Golden Designs Drammen is a three person outdoor traditional sauna. Its modern cube shape has a dark espresso finish, built for rain and sun. The interior is all Canadian red cedar. A clear glass door and a tall window let in natural light. It takes up about 79 by 71 inches of patio space.
A Harvia 8 kW stove heats the room to 170 to 185 degrees. Ladle water over the stones when you want steam. Inside you get color lighting, a control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth, speakers, and a sandglass timer, bucket, and scoop. The exterior is 79.2 x 70.5 in with an 87.8 in height, and the interior measures 75 x 53.4 in with 75 in of headroom, enough for three across the benches. Assembled weight is 1,100 lbs. Allow room in front for the clear tempered glass door to swing and for the electrician to reach the stove side.
The listing specifies 240 V / 40 A for the Harvia 8 kW stove plus a 120 V / 15 A circuit for the control panel, lighting and music. The manual says all wiring must be done by a certified licensed electrician with 90 C rated copper wire and breaker sizing per local code; no aluminum wire, extension cords or receptacle adapters.
Not for normal use. It has an all-weather exterior designed to sit in rain and sun with a natural Canadian red cedar interior. The manual expects some seepage that dries as the sauna heats, and recommends a rain cover when idle if you want it fully dry. Keep a UV protectant on the cedar or it will grey within one to two years.
Ladle water from the included bucket with the included scoop over the stove; a traditional Harvia stove is built for that. The ideal room temperature is 170-185 F with a 190 F maximum. Follow the Harvia instructions for stone care, and note the owner’s manual says the heater must be OFF and covered when you wash down the interior.
The manual asks for three adults for this model and only a battery or hand-held Phillips screwdriver. Panels arrive pre-built on a pallet and screw together; the roof gets adhesive roofing paper and the stove wood guard goes on last. Before mounting the stove, route its power cord through the wall vent, because the vent cannot be opened afterward.
Included: sandglass, bucket and scoop, oversize chromotherapy lighting, backrest accent light, LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth, and built-in speakers. The Golden Design Policies tab spells it out: cancel within 24 hours of purchase, returns within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging with an RMA number, and the buyer covers shipping both ways plus a restocking fee. Once a sauna has been assembled and used it cannot be returned, so inspect the boxes on arrival.
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Manufacturer, subject to the terms and conditions oft his policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Golden Designs reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Manufacture a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Manufactures discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Manufacture, and; d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA)number provided by Norse Steam. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Manufacture not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Manufacturer shall be paid by Buyer to Norse Steam upon demand by Norse Steam

We do not charge sales tax within the United States, except for orders shipped to Wyoming. I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
