Frisco Fire Pit: a 68 or 80 inch round metal fire table for big gatherings
The Outdoor Plus Frisco fire pit is a large round gas fire table with a wide flat rim for drinks and plates. It comes in two sizes, 68 or 80 inches across, so it is built for a big terrace or a courtyard that hosts a crowd. Choose the metal you like: hammered copper, rust-toned Corten steel, stainless steel, or a powder coat in 15 colors.
Order it for natural gas or propane. The Frisco lights with a match, so there is nothing to wire. A key valve, fire glass, and a propane tank enclosure are optional add-ons on this page. Need something smaller? See our other Outdoor Plus fire tables. The Frisco fire pit ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

FAQ
How large does the Frisco Fire Pit run?
Two big footprints: 68 and 80 inches. The Frisco skips small sizes entirely — it is designed as the centerpiece of a large terrace or commercial courtyard, where an 80-inch table of flame organizes the whole space around it. Measure generously before choosing between the two.
What finish options are in the Metal Collection?
Four families: hammered patina copper, Corten steel, stainless steel, and powder coat in 15 colors — Black, White, Silver Vein, Java, Gray, Pewter, Copper Vein, Olive Green, Mist, Soft White, Onyx Black, Bronze Hammertone, Sapphire Blue, White Vein and Gold Vein. The Frisco form stays constant; the metal decides whether it reads warm, industrial, modern, or color-matched.
Why does it only list Match Lit ignition?
The Frisco keeps its gas train mechanical: a key valve and match-lit burner, nothing wired. You open the valve, touch a long lighter to the burner, and adjust the flame — ten seconds, zero electronics to service. On a piece this permanent, plenty of owners consider that a feature.
What is the fuel consumption like at this size?
Proportional to the show. A 68 or 80-inch Frisco burner at full height is a commercial-scale flame and draws accordingly; dialed to ambiance level, consumption drops sharply. If you are running it regularly at these dimensions, a plumbed natural gas line pays for itself quickly versus swapping propane tanks.
Can the Frisco stay out in the rain?
Yes — every finish in the collection is an outdoor metal: copper and Corten actually develop their character through weather, stainless ignores it, and powder coat seals against it. Just keep the Frisco burner pan drained, dry it before lighting, and cover it during long idle spells.
Is a fire feature this big allowed in a backyard?
Usually — being gas, the Frisco avoids smoke ordinances and most burn bans. What changes at 68 to 80 inches is geometry: setback distances get measured from a much wider rim, so confirm local clearance rules against the size you want, plus HOA terms and gas line permitting.
When do I choose the Frisco fuel type?
At purchase — the Frisco is built to order for Liquid Propane or Natural Gas and arrives configured, like every fire pit table we sell from The Outdoor Plus. A licensed installer should make the connection whichever fuel you choose.
