How big is the Napoleon Vector 62?
The Vector 62 (LV62N) is 77.31 in wide x 41.19 in high x 19.89 in deep with a sweeping 64.75 x 18.62 in linear viewing area — over five feet of flame. Minimum framing is 77.81 x 91 x 20.13 in.
Does the Vector 62 need a chimney to install?
No. Like all direct vent gas fireplaces, it vents through a sealed pipe out a wall or roof, so it can anchor a new feature wall anywhere your installer can run vent pipe.
Can a TV go above the Vector 62?
Its included LHAD heat-management system is designed for exactly that: redirecting part of the 42,000 BTU output away from the wall above so the space can be finished or fitted with a TV, within the manual’s clearance requirements.
How much gas does the Vector 62 burn?
Roughly 0.42 therms per hour at its full 42,000 BTU input — about 60–70 cents per hour at average U.S. natural gas rates, with lower flame settings costing proportionally less.
Will the Vector 62 light during a power outage?
Yes — the electronic ignition’s battery backup lets you start the fire without electricity, so the Vector 62 remains a working heat source in a blackout.
What warranty protects the Vector 62?

Is there a flue or damper on the Vector 62?
Neither. The Vector 62’s sealed direct vent system does the job of both: exhaust leaves and combustion air enters through one concentric pipe, with nothing to adjust and no open flue drawing heated air out of your home when the fireplace is off.

- Open and inspect the order while the delivery driver is present. If delivery driver does not provide sufficient time to do so, please notate the delivery receipt.
- By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage or missing items, you confirm that your order arrived complete and in excellent condition.
- Record any damage or missing pieces directly on the delivery receipt.
- Do not discard damaged item(s) or any original packaging. For severe damage, write “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
- Report any damage within two business days, including delivery details and photos showing the issue
- Damaged item(s) must be returned within 30 days. Failure to return them will result in a charge to the original payment method.
