Napoleon Oakville X3: a dual burner gas insert with the blower and remote included
The Napoleon Oakville X3 is a direct vent gas insert made to replace an old, inefficient masonry or prefab wood burning fireplace. It needs an opening at least 29 inches wide, 21 inches tall and 17 1/8 inches deep. A dual burner fills the firebox with a triple flame pattern, and you can run the front and rear burners on their own. It puts out up to 30,000 BTU, and the heat circulating blower and the Proflame II remote come included. A split oak log set is standard, and Napoleon’s NIGHT LIGHT glows even when the fire is off.
One choice is required on the page: the decorative panels, in MIRRO-FLAME reflective porcelain or Newport or Westminster brick. Optional extras: birch or driftwood log sets, backerplates and faceplates in black or charcoal, a 3 inch riser box, and a 7 inch black cast iron surround. Order it for natural gas, or add the propane conversion kit. It vents through two 3 inch liners run up the existing chimney, one for fresh air and one for exhaust, and the matching Napoleon liner kits are on the page. Napoleon backs it with its President’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Napoleon Oakville X3 ships free from My Cozy Outdoors with No Sales Tax (except WY) and the full manufacturer warranty.

Will the Oakville X3 fit my fireplace?
It goes into a vented wood burning fireplace, masonry or prefab, with an opening at least 29 inches wide, 21 inches tall and 17 1/8 inches deep and a chimney flue at least 6 inches round, per Napoleon’s installation manual. Measure your opening before you order.
What do I have to pick when I order the Oakville X3?
Only the decorative panels: MIRRO-FLAME reflective porcelain, Newport brick, or Westminster brick. Log kits, backerplates, faceplates, the riser box and the cast iron surround are optional.
Is the blower included with the Oakville X3?
Yes. Napoleon’s product page and brochure list the heat circulating blower as included on the X3, together with the Proflame II remote and a split oak log set.
Can I run the two burners separately?
Yes. The X3’s dual burner lets you run the front and rear burners together or one at a time, per Napoleon.
What venting does the Oakville X3 need?
Two 3 inch liners run up the existing chimney, one brings in fresh air and one carries the exhaust out. Napoleon’s installation manual allows 10 to 45 feet of liner. The Napoleon kits on the page come in 20, 25 and 35 foot lengths, each with both liners.
Can I run the Oakville X3 on propane?
Yes, with conversion kit W175-0823 on the page, $105 in the 2026 price book.
What warranty covers the Oakville X3?

We purchased the 3-person sauna for our outdoor garden. We chose the cube sauna for the aesthetic and could not be happier.
I assembled by myself except for the 2 large panels (requires a few people). Instructions were good - took me two partial Saturdays to complete and a few hours to unpack and organize in advance of assembly. Had my elec. add a NEMA enclosure on the back for the controller and power for lights and a 2nd panel for the wireless control.

We absolutely love the CL7G. It is extremely comfortable for 6 people (can fit more less comfortably). The Thermory Spruce and Aspen in the interior smells great. The lighting is lovely. We paired the CL7G with the Harvia Spirit 10.5kw.

Smoking Hot Tub!
I got the Norse Steam SaunaLife wood-fired hot tub, the S4N model, and its been seriously great. It heats up quicker than I expected, usually around an hour and a half, and once its hot, it stays that way for a good long while. The wood-fired system is simple to use, and honestly kind of fun.
The tub itself feels solid and well put together. The thermo-spruce exterior looks beautiful in person, and the fiberglass interior is smooth, deep, and easy to clean. Its the kind of setup that just works without a bunch of fuss, which I really appreciate.
Also, the team at Norse Steam was genuinely great to work with. Super helpful, quick to respond, and made the process really easy from start to finish. It felt like they actually cared that I was happy with it. The tub has totally become a go-to way to unwind, and I wouldnt change a thing.

Great experience purchasing Finnmark FD-2 from Norse Steam. Good communication and easy to assemble. Temperature increases quickly (30 minutes or less to 140) and maintains well. So far this has been a great purchase.

Great sauna and great customer service
We purchased the Finnmark SD-1 sauna. Maya was extremely helpful with the purchase. We had an issue with the sauna not reaching the maximum temperature, and Maya connected us with the appropriate technician that explained how to correct the issue. The sauna now heats to the maximum temperature (170 degrees) in less than an hour, and it is a great unit. We are very happy with it, and we would definitely purchase from NorseSteam if we needed any other items.
